Sometimes the clothes run big, but damn do I feel fashionable in thier product. I often have entire outfits made up of only FiveFour merchandise (I've been a member for a couple of years now). Customer service is incredible and very responsive. Would absolutely (and currently am) recommend to friends.

I have always loved Five Four and 70% of the time I am happy with my clothes that are sent. The problem that I have been having is that the package seems to get sent and delivered later and later each month.

I don't like not being able to pick what comes in my package anymore. I find that I receive a lot of items that I don't like and don't end up wearing.

I would give 5 stars if there was an option to restrict a certain type of cloths. I have way too many jackets for Texas. Other than that I love the service.

The fits are a not very tailored for half the clothes. Also the quality of buttons on closes are really low and almost every item has had some issues with buttons. The clothes are hit and miss but the hits are awesome, just wish it always was.

I love this service! It's has been very good for expanding and improving my wardrobe. My only disappointment is that I often receive similar pieces (a ton of similar hoodies or similar shirts) when I crave more variety.

Been a member for sometime. Don't feel like that duration of time has been recognized via customer appreciation.

I typically enjoy my FiveFour club experience. Sometimes I get unwanted items.. things I repeatedly tell them I don’t want ex. Pants. But I still receive them. At times it seems that they send me whatever is leftover and they need to get rid of. At times, I receive a shirt or sweater that I love and I forget the issues I have with pants or getting things that aren’t in the right size.

I could return things but it’s a hassle. I do enjoy ordering extra shirts from the website making my experience ok.

Some of my points and experiences with Five Four. First off, Great clothes. Clothes are made with better quality. In prior years some of the clothes would fall apart. I have followed and purchased from Five Four before it was a monthly subscription. The years keep getting better. Customer service has improved. The online store is better. Although would like to see more items from monthly packages in the online store. Collaborations are great. Overall Five Four has perfected men’s monthly subscriptions! And keeps improving.

I live in Arizona where we have 2 days a year where a jacket is needed, yet I receive jackets all the time.

I've been receiving packages from Five Four for roughly 2 years now and I cannot complain about a single one I have received. Anytime I want to receive something different I can always go to my profile and change my style.

FiveFour does a very good job in providing value for it's subscription. It's monthly package has always provided a surprise and added a much needed diversity to my wardrobe, however some of their selections I've questioned (but have worn). In addition, their club pricing on articles of clothing, including shoes, has been an absolute gamechanger to my wardrobe. I would highly recommend FiveFour to anyone, but with the knowledge that you're going in blind. There's more hits than misses, and the misses become opportunites later on.

Overall I am very happy with the clothes selection they have picked for me. Their customer service is spot on as well.

Like the clothing, however they like to send coats and jackets with almost every shipment.

This is the BEST Club I have ever joined. Reliable, quality and responsive in everyway. Thanks for your continued professionalism, and making me look good!

The selection was very basic. I liked the jacket. However for $60 I could have gotten more at Wal-Mart. A jacket and T shirt for $60 is not a good value. The selections need to improve or I will need to reconsider continuing the service.
