Insurance claim
After my accident I have not heard from my insurance company. But as soon as my car was sent to Fix Auto Cheltenham I have been kept up to date with the repairs and they sent out my courtesy car very promptly.
My car is now returned and is as good as new.

Excellent service from start to finish. Constant communication and updates on the status of my car. Collected from location. Curtesy car provided. My car assessed and repaired within a week. The repair is excellent and I would highly recommend to anybody. All the staff I dealt with were all professional and friendly and extremely courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I never ever do reviews. Perfection at a reasonable price!
So happy with the service I received. The car looks brand new, the guys are perfectionists. Couldn’t be happier or thank them enough! They are so reasonably priced. Would highly recommend, I wouldn’t take me car anywhere else. Felt looked after from start to finish!

Excellent service given. A slight mix up with the collection of the car but it was sorted very professionally. My Main contact was Lee who was fabulous on every occasion I spoke to him.. My car was returned and the work completed to a good standard.

Our car was damaged on the roof bonnet and side of the car,due to hailstone damaged ,they lent us a first class hire car,and the service they gave us ,from picking up our car ,giving us a hire car ,letting us know on several occasions how the repair was going ,i would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs there car repairing.
