Worse experience I have had with a body shop
Had my vehicle taken in for repair. Damage on the vehicle wasn’t repaired and still gave me my car back and had looked worse coming back ….. they say they are Audi verified…. But left my Audi looking outrageous!!!! Will never be using them again as in the past my uncles motor was coming back and forth and they couldn’t even get the paint work back to normal… they end up giving compensation because job was so bad

Hi Mr Singh,
Just to explain our take on the situation according to our records – when you came to collect your vehicle on 12/05 you noted that a dent at the top of the tailgate had not been repaired. We advised him that there was no mention of this on the repair notification, and that we only repair what we have been authorized to repair .
Your insurance advised you that images would be sent across to the engineer to be assessed, but in the meantime, you would need to take the vehicle back, as they couldn't justify keeping the hire car while it was being looked at.
You weren't very happy with this decision, and then started to complain about issues around the wheel arch, believing them to be paint runs. Our bodyshop manager advised you that we had worked on the bumper and the wing had only been put down for a blend. What you were looking at was stone chips and that in doing a blend we would not rectify the stone chips.
We understand that you were taking the vehicle back to your father and not even sure if the marks were there previously, as it's not your vehicle. We've not heard from you since, but stand by our decisions and the process followed here which is standard for all insurance repairs. Please liaise with your insurers if you have any further complaint.

Repair took too long…
Unfortunately it took some time to get mry car fixed. Four return dates were given and all were missed. I had to chase against every date. I asked for call backs/confirmation when the car would be ready and they didnt happen. The car was returned recently and it looks good but just took too long..
