Brilliant firm kept me informed about my car repair all the way staff were polite and helpful to me I would recommend them to anyone

My car had a horrible crunch on the front drivers wing and it looked absolutely awful as it is only a few weeks old, I went away on holiday and left it with this company. They brought it back & You would never know they’ve been in an accident, the drivers who picked up the car and dropped off & The courtesy car were polite and looked after my vehicle very well. It came back polished and clean as a whistle and I was very glad that it went to that company and I’m very very happy as a customer

Nina at Fix Auto has been very attentive with follow-up calls to let me know what’s going on. My van repairs were completed faster than expected and to a high standard. I’m really pleased with the service and would gladly use them again.

Nina (manager) James and simon are three professional and friendly individuals who are welcoming and knowledgeable whenever you call them they are always happy to help and give me an update on my vehicle. I went to pick up the car today and there was a bit of wax/polish/dust left on the repaired paintwork, so they put it straight back into the shop and re polished it for me and made me a tea whilst I waited. All of the staff in the shop were happy to chat and really approachable. All in all the repair job and body work was excellent considering I had a bad rear end smash and almost looked like a write off. Very satisfied with the service over all.

Fix Auto Uk repaired my car after an accident I had to the passenger side rear. When my car was returned it looked incredible. There was no tape marks or any sign of repair, the car looks brand new as though nothing had ever happened. To blend and match silver is a difficult job which was executed perfectly and therefore I would fully recommend Fix Auto UK.

My only reservation would be that the courtesy car was delivered on almost reserve fuel and I wasn't shown how to operate the car. Other than this I couldn't more pleased with the service and repair, thank you.

I was referred to Fix Auto by my insurance company following an accident which caused extensive bodywork damage to my car from front to back on the driver's side. They have been absolutely amazing. Their customer care is exemplary and every member of staff we had contact with was polite and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the repair process and the standard of the repair is faultless.
