Picked up my car on 30th December.
Had marks on the back seat, one of the mechanics sorted straight away cleaned and sorted it.
Only down side was having to wait in reception and listen to arguments between the reception staff which led to one member of the team very upset!

Although the repair was long delayed, due to parts supply issues; i was kept regularly informed about the progress. Staff i was in contact with were exceptional.
Car returned in immaculate condition. Very pleased!

The workmanship was excellent. They sorted me a courtesy car.
Kept in touch with me when parts were delayed.
I would recommend them for repair work!

The process was very smooth, car was collected and delivered back with out any problems. Car was delivered back spotless, all the damage was repaired, car looks like new

For the work in itself, I would give a 5* rating - Fabulous Work.
5* Rating for the staff they were excellent but I was so disappointed to get my vehicle back to find someone had been playing about with my radio!!! Some time back I had much trouble finding a particular station and when I did I saved it but now someone has twiddled with my radio I have lost it and it's driving me mad trying to find it once again!!!

Used this repair centre as it was an approved body shop for my insurance company. The repairs to my vehicle were due to theft damage, first of all the repairs done were to a very good standard which I'm more than happy with. Once my insurance approved my repairs, auto fix did get the vehicle done in a reasonable timeframe, just parts took ages which clearly isn't their fault. I spoke to a lady called Natalie who was very helpful, literally couldn't do enough for me, absolute credit to the company on the vast majority of occasions I called, also the owner Steve was the same. The only reason I haven't left a 5 star review is due to another individual I had the pleasure of speaking to a few times who was rather rude, also being informed of repair delays is done via text which I do think is slightly unprofessional and when calling to find out why, depending who answers the phone or not depends whether you actually get a reason or just get fobbed off. Overall experience however was a good one.
