After Avril had spoken to you earlier today, I understand that you have had a possible battery or drainage problem with the vehicle. We have no record of any communication from you with regard to this matter. If you take the vehicle to the main dealer and they say there is a fault due to either the accident or our error, we will collect the vehicle to carry out the repairs. If you wish to bring the vehicle to us will would willingly check to see what the fault could be.
Bernard we genuinely care about our customers and our reputation, if you had contacted us, we may have had a five-star rating.

Decided to just Fix Auto in Sutton in Ashfield for a total re spray on our BMW Z3 after a very courteous and informative initial enquiry. Both John and Avril were very clued up and kept us informed at every stage....and the finished results was stunning, our pride and joy looked brand new again. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fix Auto in Sutton in Ashfield to anyone. We will definitely be booking in another one of our BMW collection for some restoration paint work....

Excellent friendly and efficient service when our van was repaired. Courtesy car provided immediately.
Repair was completed far more quickly than I expected and to a very high standard. Any queries were immediately sorted. Really couldn't fault any aspect of the service.

Went to Fix Auto in Sutton to get an estimate for a door on my Focus. Spoke to John the estimator.
I took my car in on Wednesday morning and it was ready to collect on Thursday!

Superb service ... My Mini Cooper was collected and I was left a lovely courtesy vehicle whilst my vehicle was in for repair , I was kept up to date every few days and when my vehicle was returned it was immaculate inside and out .. I would recommend and use again without hesitation

I have a slightly unhealthy addiction to alloy wheels & wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my sets refurbished. The wheel technician is so helpful & is patient while i make colour choices, he lets my son with learning difficulties see the amazing equipment they have & explains to him how they work. Top service & a family friendly team

Exceptional Garage
My family have used Hardwick Motors for 30 plus years. We always receive exceptional service from the whole team, from the office to the mechanics. I would not take my car anywhere else I trust the completely with our cars.
They recently fixed my car on 2 occasions when I had a breakdown, getting parts in quickly to get my vehicle back to me, and again after my car was hit, they booked me straight in and I had it back within a few days.
The office team give us regular updates as to how things are progressing.
Highly recommend them to anyone
