Communication, administration, assistance and assurance were the best I've ever experienced from any motor company. Updating me as to when my car would be ready and the detail of the work schedule kept me fully aware. Car delivered back all work perfectly completed. Just brilliant from start to finish.

The company collected the car for repair and delivered the courtesy car.
The time that the car was out for the repair was a suitable amount of time and the workmanship was really good on its return.

Massive appreciation to Kerian and the team at fix auto (Yovil). I put in an insurance claim and outside of the obvious bumper fix they went above and beyond. V happy with the professional results

My car was booked in on 26th September for repair on the back door and trims and although it took three weeks I was able to collect it today and I have to admit it looked like new and the repair was first class. Well worth the wait and I had a courtesy car through my insurance which Fix Auto provided too. Contact was pleasant on each occasion and they obviously know their stuff! Thank you for your help.

Though there were some delays as is the experience with most things these days. the Manager, Lee went well beyond what I would have expected to resolve the issues and get personally involved in the repairs. In the end the car was returned fully fixed, clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this branch of Fix Auto and would use again myself :)

I never had to wait too long for someone to pick up the phone and communication was clear when I rang for updates. Ruth was helpful on the phone and Kieran who worked on the car and delivered it was also good. Very smooth after what can be an inconvenient at the least to stressful experience when accidents happen.

Absolutely disgraceful place my car went here to be repaired they charged for thing they did not change. The car had to go back twice and still is not fixed properly. They take no responsibility for anything. Stay away!!!!

Fix Auto kept us up to date with the timescales for the repair, but the vehicle was returned with minor faults & a greasy residue on some of the bodywork.

After an accident my car was taken to Fix Auto Yeovilto be repaired.The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful.
