Ordered repair online Sunday. Collected by them Monday. Received Tuesday. Fixed and I was able to collect Wednesday. Helpful staff when I had to call to arrange collection instead of delivery. Couldn’t have been more helpful and reliable. Will use again but hope I don’t need to!

Had my iPad screen replaced, sadly a few months after having it done when I picked it up off the floor with thumb and finger it literally cracked in my hand, then multiple cracks have formed since. Seemed to crack too easily and just doesn't feel like the quality is there.

The only ding for one star is that it took two days longer than estimated. However, I am very happy with the resulting repair. Apple wanted almost £600, and these guys charged under £300. It seems as good as new to me.
