Ordered a replacement LG TV remote on the 13th of Jan. It’s now the 7th of Feb. when I placed the order, the website said the remote was in stock and would take 3 days to deliver. Emailed customer support and perhaps more frustrating than not getting an actual response, after a week or so I got an email letting me know that they were aware they hadn’t emailed me back. Here we are, 3 and a half weeks later with no remote and no response from customer support. Do yourself a favour - avoid this company. I wish I had read the other, eerily similar 1 star reviews on here before I had ordered with them.

Ordered 3 drawer fronts for my freezer. All fit perfectly but one was slightly damaged on delivery so doesn't clip in on one side, which was my original problem 😒. Take your time ordering what you need. Look at the comments, it helps with ordering the exact size as the description doesn't give to much info. All in all, I would order again.

I actually wasn't Completely sure of the part I needed for the shelf on the door of my friends fridge i broke at Christmas. The Team there did their absolute best to source the correct item and even though there was a delay in communication I got an e mail to say that they hadn't forgotten about me but that they were doing their best to ensure I got the correct item.
It arrived yesterday & Yes indeed the team got it spot on, part fits like a dream, Thank You all involved.

Perfect experience of ordering original coffee machine part through Fixpart. Website is very user-friendly and purchase was very straightforward. Communication re purchase and delivery was good, delivery was prompt and smooth, and the part was very well packaged. Would definitely use Fixpart again.

Ordered a part from fixpart.ie, realised it was wrong, contacted customer service ask to return it and address i got to send back to is in France?? Makes no sense.
Customer service was very quick at getting back to me i have to say. Just can't understand why France.

Ordered a part for a washing machine as the website stated it was available and would be delivered in 3 working days. 2 weeks later and still no update. I have reached out to customer service and I am still waiting for a response 5 days later. As a company you cannot be accepting orders if you do not have the inventory available to fulfill them. Have never experienced this before

I ordered a part on the 3rd of December now the 19th of January no part no tracking number €159 very little help from Fixpart.ie starting to think this is a scam company?????

Great company matched product from serial number. Obviously ordered over Christmas period as it was an emergency.. but expected it to arrive quicker.. didn’t realise it was coming from Belgium as it said fixparts Ireland . Part arrived on 1st Jan and fits perfectly

Only place to have the part. Price was high but it worked. Only downside slower than expected to arrive and that maybe due to Christmas. Still worth the wait.
