Order a part for my Nilfisk on the 6th of April. Emailed when it still hadn't arrived a week later. Responded quickly and part arrived the following day. Easy to order, no complaints. Will use them again. It is not an Irish company

Chancers, that's what they are!
The website claims to be Irish, but the confirmation email explains they reside in the UK. Item was apparently sent via Royal mail but I haven't got any tracking number. When enquiring to the whereabouts of my parcel two weeks later this was the reply I got...

Order No:OH94265120 placed early August. Still no delivery 2/09/25. It is only a small oven bulb. Thought this was an Irish Company. Total scam -- will just have to take the hit and learn to check with Trustpilot in future.

It’s espares, it’s not an Irish business and they ship goods with royal mail with untracked parcels.
Avoid at all costs.
4th time ordering the same product, this time I thought it was a different company but no, same thing different name

Cowboys, not clear on where they ship from.

Although .ie it seems to be a UK company so check if import duties are involved before buying.

Do NOT order from this scam of a company. No delivery of a part I ordered, No way to contact them, and the FAO's is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. So frustrating waiting on a part and no response or tracking or updates

Ordered part for a coffee machine, came within few days, no issues whatsoever. Very positive experience.

I bought the wrong part for my dryer and they sent me out the correct part and refunded me. Excellent customer service.

I ordered an element for a Neff oven on Sunday afternoon, it arrived Tuesday morning. It took 2 days from ordering the part to having my oven running again.
There was no customs charge, Fastway delivered.

Order OH92094455, Tracking SE2400010373 has not been delivered.

Buy-spares.ie is part of the SCREWFIX group based in the UK and use fastway couriers in Ireland. They do not deliver and will lead you a merry dance rather than deliver or refund you.

Staff member Jas and FASTWAY staff Angela and Nicola Higgins have lied constantly over the course of the week to keep me quiet.

This company is a disgrace and needs reported to the consumer regulator.

To be honest nobody likes this company and if they could improve their anything then that will be amazing to everyone who uses this company

Don't buy from this company! I ordered a Russel Hobbes jug set for my blender and they delivered me the wrong item. I tried to contact them by email as there is no phone number but they don't answer!

absolutely awful after sales service.I don't normally write reveiws but the service is so diabolical I feel I need to warn others to never order from this site. I ordered a part 8 days ago and every time I email to enquire about delivery I receive an email back telling me to track. I am unable to track the order as there is no information on the fastway site. No phone number provided to talk to a person. The email says if you haven't received your order after 21 working days to contact them. Absolutely unbelievable

Very, very happy with the service. Ordered new glass for the door of my gas cooker at 11.30pm on Monday 18th. Order confirmed on 19th, despatched on 20th and arrived on Friday 22nd. My Christmas Dinner is saved! I paid for express delivery, maybe 5e extra because it was nearly Christmas but did NOT pay customs fees. Maybe they have a depot here now? Didn't read the other reviews before I ordered or I may not have gone with them but am delighted I did order from them. Would definitely use them again.

Not an Irish company. Buyspares.ie is therefore illegal ? No delivery. No support. Absolute joke of a business. Avoid for your sanity.
Reply to emails 8-10 days later with " contact the courier" nonsense. That's not my job.

DO NOT BUY, UK company masquerading as an local Irish company. They have no stock, so you will wait weeks to get the part, and you will have to pay duty and extra delivery cost when it gets to you. Not worth it!!!

Should have checked first. They ship from UK and don't manage taxes despite having a .IE domain name (which I feel should be stripped from them). You can't claim to have an Irish website selling products if you don't play ball with the Irish tax system. It's just a laziness on their behalf, plenty of other UK companies have sorted the tax out.

Ships from UK so VAT will apply and possible duty also.
a €78 purchase will cost an extra €21.52 to have it delivered.
They are extremely disingenuous in not making this clear to purchasers as they have deliberately marketed to Ireland with a .ie website.
AVOID - seek an actual Irish supplier or use Amazon who will be up front about extras that may apply.

Avoid!! As per previous comments this is not an Irish company and custom charges will apply. I ordered two small items together and they were shipped seperately so incurred two seperate customs charges not worth their value. When I received the customs notices and contacted the company they told me I am not liable for custom charges and they would be refunded to be me. Since June I am still waiting for refunds. Company took my bank details twice but continue to respond with delay tactics and no refund actually applied. Also requested formal complaint letter and they won't issue that either.
