Resposta da FJewellery
Hello Zoe
Oh, that's a shame. You should have just contacted us for a return if the item wasn't suitable.
Perhaps you can help us improve our service? The size of the item is mentioned in the page title, in the product description, in the product specifications, and the image photography includes a picture of the item next to a ruler, and a model shot showing the size of the item. How can we make the size clearer?
Please let us know at info@fjewellery.co.uk
Thanks

I recently got a gold loan from Fast Credit, and it was a super easy and smooth process. Vishnu was awesome—really helpful and made sure I understood everything. He explained the terms clearly and helped me get a good deal without any hassle.
If you’re looking to take a gold loan, I’d definitely recommend Fast Credit. Great service and a really friendly vibe!

Disappointed
The earrings is amazing .Nice wrap and box ,but i pay for 9.16g/14karats gold, but they are 7.91-7.92g .I feel little bit cheating on me ,because if i know they are less 1.2 grams nearly i think will not buy them .I have video and the scale not lying.

Absolutely Wonderful
Wonderful quality of the jewellery and absolutely love the packaging. FJ really care about their customers, and the fact that I was able to find an orthodox cross with them is amazing as it’s not very common and the choices were great- was able to pick something I liked and within my price range!
