Not shipping items
The flags have unique designs and good quality, however customer service less to you and tells toy is shipping and you will get the item soon. That's your first reply to where is my flag. Them they don't respond at all. I never got any shipping notification for either flag. Almost a month later and I still have not received 1 flag. I have notified them several times by email- no response. They have no phone.

I love this flag
I love this flag. My sister and I love America and wanted to show that at our home. This flag is beautiful. The material is sturdy and hangs beautifully. The colors are vibrant. Well worth the price.

Don't waste your time or money
Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt that my first order got lost. They didnl eventually refund my money. So I gave them a second chance and repeated my order, big mistake. Here it is 10 days later and still no movement on my order. Their website states 1-3 days processing then I should have my order in 7-9 days. It has not even shipped. Don't waste your time or money in this company!!!!

I purchased the 250 birthday of our country flag and the alum. flag pole. I'm sorry to say we have winter where I live and can't or won't put it out until it's nicer but I opened both and the quality is fantastic and the colors are beautiful. I am very pleased with the products I purchased and will probably purchase more in the future.

Products are generally well made but..........
Shipping of the products always seems hit or miss. Seems like every order I have to inquire as to where it is.
My biggest complaint is when I ask if products are American made I get a very vague answer. Im waiting for Trump to sign an executive order that all American Flags MUST be made in the USA. Until then Flagwix will be good for flags other than actual American Flags.

the flag is absolutely beautiful, my daughter loved it . was exactly as described. Took a long time to get, so expect for a long wait to receive it. customer service was excellent. I just ordered 2 more flags.
