Every time I expect a delivery from this mob, it's always delayed by at least 3 days. Het your act together Muppets.

I thought Russia had poor delivery services, but after Thailand, I reconsidered my views. In most cases, employees and especially couriers cannot speak basic English, and there is no text chat with the warehouse/couriers. How can I communicate with Thais about delivery if they can't even understand the city I'm in? 1/10, SPX express same
The worst of the worst. Also, the courier and the warehouse, having the exact address, decided to change it to Phuket anyway, I contacted support and did not receive a reasonable explanation. Generally Thai service, there is nothing more to say. I will never use the services of this desk again. In any case, do not contact them if you need reliable, fast and accurate delivery on time.

If your business ships valuable products, this company may not meet your expectations.

I’ve experienced multiple instances of damaged items, and despite purchasing insurance, claims have not been resolved satisfactorily. Attempts to submit claims to the company have often gone unanswered or were dismissed.

Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring alternative services.

Same thing happened to me like others.
In the app it said I signed in person but I didn’t even meet anyone nor signed anything.
The parcel was delivered it said but I received nothing.

If negative stars were an option, this company would certainly deserve one. I honestly can't understand how this company continues to operate. The product I received was completely damaged, with all the liquid spilled out of the can. It’s baffling how they are even expanding to other countries with such poor quality and service. This company should be banned from doing business as their practices are utterly unprofessional and deceitful.

Took very long time just to get delayed and delivery attempt failed and after waiting for few days it failed again and get delayed again, very cool

The only word I can use is CRAP. Apparently I signed for my parcel in person which was delivered to a house that I have no idea where it is. The proof if delivery shows a house but not mine and a line which is apparently my signature. Absolutely shameless staff who continue to lie.

Brutal service not dependable and now utilizing rudimentary AI to try to answer questions. No way to communicate with the company or follow up. Just the worst service...

Absolutely the most inefficient operator in the Thai courier market.
My packet was in Khon Kaen at 08.30 so I expected to receive it same day as we are only 3-4 hours away.
No chance! I was told it would come with the next morning's shipment. I could have drivem to Khon Kaen myself faster.
Inefficient, slow and NOT RECOMENDED!

You ain't flash first off I have two orders and both are being handled by flash express can someone please tell me why the order went back and forth from laguna to manila.laguna,and to manila again? Bro if you're gonna call yourself the flash atleast get it here by two days JNT doesn't call themselves the flash but they're hella fast

I have ordered through shein and first the delivery status explained that the order could be delayed because of natural disaster in bangkok which are unexistant, then saying that they called me to deliver and did not answer... No body called, then trying to contact them and the call center only in THAI. The order is paid already and still nothing, impossible to join them and lying on delay reasons we never order again

I have a delivery notification since 10.09.

It’s 14.09 today and I have not received my order as yet.

I have called multiple times , and tried other channels but they have no information. Just say we are following and someone will connect you.

They have a system that says we will push your delivery and you will get it today itself.

Well it has been many today’s now.

Package was loaded on wrong van.
Second day, package delivered in some totally unrelated place 7km away from our home. Had to leave work to meet the driver at a nearby Tesco to retrieve the package.
That's a joke service.

Same problems everyone else is describing. They claim to have contacted you but my phone log is clear. After contacting customer support they now claim that there has been a mix up at the sortation centre and are asking me to send them my address. Still don't have my 55 inch TV. Very unprofessional, stay far away from that company!

No customer service, deliveries are slow sometimes they will even cancel your parcel.

2 days direct the runner didn't deliver my parcel but put the track "the customer uncontactable." She (name faizah :0183680738) never contact me and i checked the tracking suddenly unsuccessful. 2 DAYS ??!!! WTH

I've experienced problems with this several times. They just came without a notice call beforehand (this is the normal practice in Thailand for delivery companies). Then if you are away, they just cancel your order.

Not recommend to use it, very bad customer service, customer complaints are not handled timely, they procrastinate my case and said the period to claim for damages has passed. They leave our package (near the door outside) without informing that they are coming or have delivered my package when they know that items inside are food which needs to be put in the fridge immediately. So the package stayed outside one day/night leading to foods are rotten, boxes are also damaged. I complained them as soon as I know the next day after their delivery (4 May), but they procrastinate to solve my case, asking and giving the same questions and info when I have given them the answers. The total correspondences with Flash Express was 51 but all were in vain as they have no quality business conducts, lack of responsibility and accountability, very poor customer service and very poor in handling customer complaints. Just speechless how on earth they are doing business in Thailand. Very very upset! :(

Very bad service and no delivery... expect people to stay in the hotel during their holiday and wait while someone will call for delivery 💩 tracking not updated.Even too lazy to step out of the car or motorcycle to ask the receptionist from hotel for a name or the cashmoney.The cash money was just on the reception of the hotel,lol
Welcome in 2024 ...Still a lot of work to give first class service to clients after 2 failed deliveries in 3 days!! Great job!
