Terrible service. They delay the delivery details then update the order online to say the customer changed it. Impossible to contact.

Drivers enter false data on the tracker and you cannot contact customer service via any method!
The driver said we did not speak during a phone call, that the driver did NOT make. Then the driver marked the package as refused by us BUT did not attempt the delivery.
None of the customer service numbers answer the call, the special 4 digit one, the overall landline number, two "Service Point Hotline" numbers and of course the driver's number all ring out.
Even the Live Chat waits until you are in the last 5 of the queue and cuts you off.

This company is obviously rotten by design, from top to bottom.

I am sorry to say, but this company really is the worst logistic company you can use. There is basically no existing customer service. If a phone number is advertised nobody will pick up, or an automated answer. Today I tried with the live chat.....2 hours in the waiting, and kicked out.....never again....cheap but very crab. There are other slightly more expensive but much more reliable and customer minded. Stay away from this company !

This is an extremely unreliable company. Every time a shipment is shown as "arrived at hub", it says "delivery attempted" when no delivery was ever attempted.
For the 2nd time, a package was returned to the sender because no one even bothered to call let alone to deliver it.
Whatever you do, do not deal with this company.

Delivered my package to two wrong people and couldnt find my address even though is send a perfect location. They would also call me several times and hang up for no reason. By far the most incompetent and low quality service of any delivery service I have tried in Thailand so far....
