I ordered an enclosure from their UK Website for my new AD5X 3D Printer. The printer came from Amazon without a problem. The enclosure was not available from Amazon, so I went to their website - HUGE MISTAKE. FlashForge do not know how to deliver! I ordered the enclosure kit on 2nd December 2025. After a month, trying to deal with "seel" the insurer for the delivery (seel are totally useless) and still no delivery or refund, I contacted FlashForge directly, they have not responded after more than 10 days and multiple emails. I WILL NEVER BUY from FLASHFORGE again - their support is non-existent, and they take your money and do not deliver - whether or not the printer works fine, I would avoid this company. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas, he ran about 3 kg of filament through it and the nozzle would not hold its temperature. I was told sorry for your luck. It's 30 days passed the purchase date. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is crap. I would say don't buy from flash forge. Go somewhere else, buy something else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...$350 for nothing...I am also contacting the BBB.

It’s fraud. I emailed them pics and video of the delivery showing the damaged box and the delivery driver letting my printer fall from his hands while standing.. radio silence…. $500 Down the drain. Along with the advertised accessories in the pictures of the product and you don’t get any of it…. Get these clowns out of canada

The worst customer service. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I placed my order. And for them 2 weeks it’s still been classed as preparing shipment. I’ve email 3 times on updates, with not one reply. This was a birthday gift which now now has past. I’ve asked for a refund, so wish me luck on getting that.

I bought a ad5x and wanted a enclosure. So decided to order on their website instead of amazon. Big mistake there. They take forever to ship when Im only 2 state away and than when it ship they out the wrong address and now it is getting ship back. They said they will send me another one when the old one comes back to them. I aint waiting another 2 week to months for it. There customer service seem like bot only. I should of not have tried to try a new brand. Bambu Lab never once F me over. I guess I ll be sticking to bambu Lab only from now on.

Waste time no solution at all, the worst after sales experience #Ripflashforge

I was promised two free filaments with a purchase of a printer. I received the printer, and it is doing great—near perfect. I also ordered an LED Strip with it, but it was not sent to me. The website does not say anything about it being out of stock or not. I really would want my promised free filaments, and of course, the LED Strip I have paid for.

I even have a picture that states that I will receive two free filaments with an order of Flashforge Adventurer 5M.

UPDATE:
Flashforge Support did help me out. They have sent me my LED strip and the two filaments that you get for free when you purchase a 3D printer, so well done.
I give 4/5 stars only because this should not have happened. There should not be a need for a few emails to fix this.

Installation et mise en route dès plus simple. Quelques vis à enlever et vous etes prêt à imprimer. Installation et configuration des filaments très simple. La mise à niveau du plateau est automatique et super pratique.

I have a Ad5M pro that has been down for over a month. Be aware folks the 1 yr warranty only applies to them slinging parts at you. Takes over a week to get them from Houston and you get to dissemble this POS printer. I could not adjust my belt because one of the inserts on the motor mount was just spinning and the screw would not come out. So I got to complete dissemble my printer and restring the belts without a diagram. In the process trying to secure the ribbon cable to the LCD screen the lovk broke off. another week of waiting for parts then finally get the machine to boot and it home in the wrong direction. So unless you like to screw with a printer DON'T Buy FF. I spend more time fixing this POS then printing!

not very happy first ordered the printer on the 1st with a 2-4 day delivery with no email saying its been delayed i had to then ask for an update it finally arrived on the 11th way past the 2-4 delivery day i was the told i would receive some random filament as an goodwill gesture if i don't cancel and nothing turned up just the printer no extra filament i thought id go direct to the website rather than amazon because i though it would be a better service to order direct where i could have of had it delivered the same day so im not very happy with the service so far first time ordering flash forge products a well not a good first impression the printer is good but the rest poor 1/5 stars

Was a little slow to get the first post, but after that they were on top of the request and was able to give me a discount retroactively due to delays on them giving me a shipping label for a trade-in 3d printer

My son saved all his pocket and birthday money and when he spotted the ad5x from Flashforge on sale he was so excited. I went to order and the discount code wouldn’t work so I contacted customer service. They were so helpful. Rina told me if I was happy to pay in full they would refund me the difference. I placed the order and by the next day I had the refund in my account and to my complete shock it was delivered in less then 24hrs. Wonderful service and a credit to the sales industry. You have made a 11year old so happy. When he came home from school and spotted it sitting on the table his face lit up like a Christmas tree.

Quality people and products

My customer support agent “Rina” was absolutely the best in the industry. She made absolutely every solution to every issue I was having go super smooth. Even tho I was unable to cancel my order due to warehouse making an error I was able to get an excellent result nonetheless. Thank you again Rina for all the assistance and resolutions to my issues.

Flashforge did a great job with quick responses and complete answers to all my questions. They also did what they said they would do, no sneaky marketing tricks.
