Firstly, thank you ever so much for taking the time to leave us with some feedback. Here at Flawless, we welcome all feedback as we seek to improve and develop our service.

Thank you also for contacting us by phone yesterday. It was during this phone call however, in which you were made aware that your order had gone through.
We then discovered that you did not receive an order confirmation, due to no email address being entered at checkout.

We apologise for allowing this to happen via our service.

The order confirmation should now have been sent to you, and your order should be delivered today.

You have certainly contacted us, but we have been in regular contact with regards to responding to you. We apologies for leaving you feeling like we did not provide enough support.
