Lots of delays
Forms were sent over very late, which delayed delivery.
Delivery was arrange for AM and the car finally turned up at 19:30, which caused problems.

We understand that this arrangement may be tricky, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve the process. However, we've noticed your mention of delayed forms. We apologise for any confusion caused by this. While we manage order processing, the timing of certain elements, such as the finance forms, is in the hands of our finance providers.
4th time around
This is a our 4th car through Fleetsauce and Artur. Price is clearly a factor but the service and attention we have received from the team is excellent, nothing has been too much trouble.
We will be back when we come to replace our most recent vehicles

Went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted, at the right time and most importantly for less than their competitors. Whole process a joy with lots of communication. A much better experience than I've had with others and I've leased now for 14 years. Excellent service.

This was my first time leasing a car
This was my first time leasing a car, so you have all of those unknowns of what happens now, when will it be delivered, what happens if something goes wrong etc...
The Fleet Sauce team, especially credit to Luke, took the whole anxiety of the unknown away and just handled everything with pure expertise.
Post order, you get handled by a dedicated handling agent - Luke, in my case.
I found him very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He gave very detailed and accurate answers flowing off the top of his head when asked, especially about what type of chargers and the charging point installation / installers.
I got numerous calls and updates via emails from them after the process had started, keeping me up to date with everything happening.
Then literally within an hour of the car being delivered, I got a call from Luke asking how the delivery was and was there were any issues with the delivery and the mileage on the car.
Customer service after purchase on this, to me, set FleetSauce apart. A great experience for a leasing newbie.
