Terrible company. Tried several times to reach them concerning a customer service issue about their product. No response...none.

Very fast response from flic support when I had problems with my hub. I got several
options on how to solve my problem.
They were very polite and helpful!

It's difficult to open in order to change the battery and
after a lot of troubleshooting, I was also able to connect it to my Mac. The App on the Mac still doesn't show any actions on my Flic, but the keyboard shortcuts work. There were different ways to connect via Bluetooth, and it wasn't very easy. One way of connecting wouldn't work, but the other way did.

I've upgraded my review 4 stars because it is a great idea - if you could make it work easily the first time and if it was easy to open up to change the battery I would give it 5 stars.

Great shape and features with a much user friendly application, capable of running routines with a click. Highly recommend.

Super easy to intergrate with my Matter and 433 MHz switches

Such a simple way to corral the IOT in the house for one-and-done shortcuts that do so much more than control the smart lights. Love how small and versatile they are, love how easy they are to set up, and these just work. Only regret is how long I waited before buying.

It's a pity that the flic twist doesn't control volume on anything other than sonos. And choosing sonos is an interesting pick for flic while not integrating with any other music service or option. Why Sonos?

Anyway, other than the weirdness of integration, it works as expected for most other things. I certainly wouldn't switch other flic buttons or other controllers I have to the twist, it really feels like a MVP release.

it doesn't support homeKit, which might not be a problem but if you're a dev all the things you might want to hack up now require the hub. and if you have a hub, you'll know that really you need to HubLR.

But if you're a dev you might already have out the Philips Hue dimmer for lights or a Knobby, or one of the hackable ikea controllers.

My Flic was not delivered, even though the Post Office said that it was.
Flic offered to replace or reimburse me, even though it wasn't their fault.
Of course, the Flic showed up on the day that I was reimbursed...
(I paid them back.)
I haven't used it yet, but the customer service was very impressive.

Good customer service. When a provided discount code was not reflected in the purchase, they responded quickly to my email. They refunded me the proper amount and corrected their end so that it doesn't happen to other customers.

Fabulous product and great customer service. I really avoid getting my phone out to change music, pause or play, and turning the volume up or down so it's a great solution if you have a Sonos Amp.

The items came in a timely manner. The wrist strap is super comfortable and is a good fit. It is a bit harder to get the button in initially.

Takes a little to get the functions to work. Once they are set up works very well. The help desk is a little lame and no phone support.

I bought the Flic2 buttons to use as a page turner for sheet music (organ) on my tablet. These work great and are very easy to use. The initial setup took a little bit to figure out, and I’ve had one time (years later) they randomly stopped connecting. But the support team has been so responsive and quick to provide help.

I want to mention out 2 Great experiences. First of all the Support was very responsive (within minutes) and helfend me a lot to solve the Problem withthe delivery service. So I was able to handover the product Flic Smart Button as a Birthday present. Also, the product itself is Great. Starting the iPad, connecting the Button, defining the actions in the hub was working without any problem. This is great and reinforced me to buy european products and not the crappy Chinese copies.

If you’re trying to make these work with HomeKit you need to get the most expensive base station they sell. Their website conveniently hides this fact by not really telling you the small mini hub doesn’t work with Apple HomeKit and I wasted money buying a 3-pack with the mini hub and couldn’t use it.

Otherwise the buttons are pretty rad and help me automate stuff around my home.
