I bought two flic buttons from the company to add to the one I bought from another source. I use them to turn pages on my iPad with the for score app. I notice there is a slight delay after the flic is pressed before the page turns. I guess I have to get used to that. I put Velcro on the button and a piece of the other on each of my three saxes. I wish there was an accessory like a Velcro strap with a holder for the button to use as a more secure way to hold the device. I show my musician friends the device and they seem interested. One did buy one from you.

Well packaged, easy to use with iPhone as a page turner using ForScore attached to palm of left had with an elastic band whilst playing accordion.

Hier vor allem für Webhooks genutzt, in Verbindung mit Home Assistant. Sehr zuverlässige Ausführung der Befehle.
Gute Verarbeitungsqualität und auch die Reichweite vom Bluetooth ist prima.
Prima durchdachte, sinnvolle Accessoires zum Button dazu erhältlich.
Die App ist übersichtlich, leicht zu bedienen.

The product and the customer service are excellent.

Flic Support not only made my issue right, but they did it with a surprising amount of expediency and painlessness. I rely on these products daily, and the Flic team (Uzoma specifically) made sure there was hardly an interruption. Highly recommend.

I was pleasantly suprised by the speed and ability of flic support to help me. The "flic hub LR" still has a micro usb port, which broke on my hub.
I dreaded a replacement, but suppport answered my email almost immidiately, needed nothing more than a picture of the damage before issueing a replacement order.
If all technical support was this fast and good, the world would be a better place.

Super useful for my app. The SDK is perfect and it works like a charm

didn't do what i needed to do and was suggested that it would. I'm free to get a refund if I package it up and return to Sweden. That ain't gonna happen

Set up was fine, but not as easy as most modern IoT devices these days. More disappointing is how regularly the system stopped working. We used these for activating lights and music, so learning the the system was broken again whenever we needed lights became very annoying. The fix was usually a 10 min task, but it was needed so regularly we gave up and unplugged it. Overall a disappointment.

I'm pleased with the device, but the instructions need clarity and improvement. Particularly annoying were the audible clicks when I first installed the flic button to my iPad (forScore). I had to go online to fine some "3rd party" comments about shutting that off.

No shipping this order in a month after ordering - wrong language on this review.

I had ordered the flic duo clip , and I was sent the single , but when I emailed and asked , they were amazing and quickly sent a replacement! Top notch care and response time !

Terrible customer service!

I wanted to buy a Flic button for my business, so I needed an invoice issued according to EU laws with VAT reverse charge status and 0% VAT, I provided my VAT-ID to support, and here is the response:

The Flic website cannot identify if an order is from a business at the time of purchase online and therefore all orders are treated and processed as B2C transactions.

However, customers can enter their VAT number on the webpage when placing an order by inputting the VAT number into the field labeled "Apartment, Suites, Etc".

This suggestion is totally illegal because it's a seller's responsibility to provide a proper invoice and handle purchases properly.

I asked to connect me with the sales department to handle it according to the law, and instead support responded: a minimum order quantity of 80 buttons or more. So they cancelled my order but did not provide any alternative to make the order with proper invoices and docs.

I didn't receive it till now ((((.
