Hannah from Dunedin has been so good for us covering all of our requirements, flights, hotels, meals, rental cars and everything we had changed. Hannah handled all of our changes/challenges, even our friends that we were going to travel with that had a trip canceled, Hannah stepped in to help them, so we could all travel together. She has saved our bacon a few times and deserves a special thanks for that alone. All of these have been handled with a very happy attitude and is always smiling and happy 😊. You are Awesome 👌

First time experience to Rarotonga my agent from Dunedin flight centre Liv was extremely helpful guided me all through cone ting flights updated on any delays . Not only knowing her job but taking e tra care of feed back on the trip that was amazing,. Many thanks Liv will continue with having someone who gives great customer service 😀

Very disappointed with the nonexistent customer service; we booked our flights to the UK online and just needed clarification on a couple of questions; unfortunately didn't get any further once it was mentioned we had booked onlin0e; FIRST AND LAST TIME WE USE FLIGHT CENTRE

Our Travel Agent, Kate Greeves, was most helpful, we went in expecting to book a cruise, but unfortunately any cruise we wanted wasn't available. However, she found us a trip inTasmania which suited our needs. She went out of her way to find previous trips we had done, to obtain a discount.
Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Our Agent Hannah Freeman was amazing. She booked us an incredible trip, she knew all the tips and tricks around our flight times, resort check in/check out and she booked us an amazing lagoon cruise also.
It was stress free, I get anxiety around travelling and not once did I feel like I didn’t know what was happening. All documents were provided and the importing info highlighted for ease of reading.
I would highly recommend Hannah to anyone looking to book a trip. 💕
