I wanted a return trip to London a couple of weeks after the war in the middle east had broken out. It was for a funeral so I desperately wanted to find a way back. Flights were extremely limited and expensive and it was hard to get anything not going through the middle east. Tyler, my travel consultant went out of his way to help spending long times looking at options and giving me lots of phone call updates. He did manage to secure me a flight that ended up going very smoothly. If I had tried to do this myself, I would have had to give up thinking there were no avilable flights.

I rang Flight Centre and was put thru to Jadyn. He was friendly and helpful. He asked a few questions and had my flights booked within minutes at a good price .explained everything I needed to know . It was very easy .

After booked the trips and been ignored when we need help. phonecalls n the email even went to the centre office.... very very disappointed for the service.

Being part of the many people experiencing difficulties in getting back to the UK from Perth WA, owing to the war in the Middle East, my wife and I made a visit to Flight Centre in Joondalup WA. With our Qatar Airways Return Flights cancelled, we needed to find an alternative (and safer) route home. We were greeted by Felipe Valente and were immediately impressed by his courtesy, followed by his knowledge and skills, which quickly resolved our situation. All looked good, until Lufthansa cancelled our flights, with very short notice, owing to a Strike by Pilots and Cabin Crew. We went back to Flight Centre and were relieved to see Felipe available to help us. And he did - once again quickly finding yet another option, that will get us home just two days later, than the Lufthansa Flights.

Right from my first enquiry to my unfortunate cancellation due to illness, Rory has handled the situation with a Professional and understanding attitude and I will certainly book thru Flight Centre Lilydale again

I have never deal with a company so disorganised I tried to change my booking as I broke my arm and just came out of hospital .I rang at 5.00pm and was told to wait for an email if no email arrived by 11.59 pm to ring flight centre .A lovely lady called May told me no one at Flight Centre had do anything .She came back to me every 5 minutes until 12.20am then told the change could be many hours .So I asked to go to bed and why was I told to ring at 11.59 pm as I have prostate cancer which was explained in the first place

I wish I could give them a zero. I bought extra luggage for my trip, only to be told by my airline that they can't find the booking. Called their call center and couldn't get the issue resolved. Long story short, I had to leave my luggage, 40kgs that I had paid for and I was relocating. As if that wasn't enough, I haven't been refunded upto now. It's been 4 weeks and they keep sending me in circles. Please please if you can, just book your tickets directly with the airline and avoid Flight Center at all costs.
