Whenever we have been in to make a booking with Lauren, all we do is give all our information of dates of travel, along with preferences, hotel bookings etc in her capable hands and Lauren does it all, efficiently and gives full explanation on everything that needs attention. And all dats left is call in and EVERYTHING is completed. AWESOME!

I dropped into the Mairangi Bay office just on a whim since had been struggling to find flights to the UK. Rebekah was super helpful, spent a lot of time looking at all options for me before finally securing, provided great advice re the differing options, and totally justified why using a travel agent who knows their stuff is totally worth any additional cost. So impressed we also used Rebekah to book a family trip to Sydney and will definitely refer to her for future travel plans.
