Jason is the man to sort out your flights.
Two years ago, i spoke to him about sorting our flight tickets out for our trip around America. We flew from London, to Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas then back to London.
Every connection to and from the above airports went smoothly.
All because of Jason's delicate and precise accuracy to detail he put into booking our flights.
Everything he did for us was at a very high standard.
Thank you again, it is much appreciated by everyone on our trip.

ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We have booked a package to Sri Lanka with transit through Doha. ABTA advise that members might be able to offer an alternative holiday.If they can't, or if the alternative means significant change to your original holiday, they must offer you a full refund.
So far they have stated that we are not entitled to a refund. We have taken our case to ABTA achieve and hope to achieve resolution through them

Avoid this company at all costs. Totally dishonest company. Jason ( which won’t be his real name ) took £200 for allocated seating which we didn’t get. Jason lied for 6 months about where the money went. He never booked the allocated seating. He continued to lie even after sending us a claim form to retrieve the money. Promised to call back each day but never did. Out and out liar this man unscrupulous just like the company. Do not book with them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE- Flights cancelled because of IRAN problems/airspace shut etc. tried very hard numerous times over several calls to help me with airline/alternative future flights etc- but decided in the end to have Full refund , very understanding, very easy and quick to do . RECOMMEND as when there is problems many do NOT answer phones/emails. THANKS "ASHLEY"

After going through flight guru website for a price for flights to las vegas I was given a code number to quote when phoning... ..I phoned immediately was then told by Harry this was not a live price and that it was £344 more than quoted ...asking why their website price was still showing my quoted pricei was again told this was not a live price ... I then checked 2 days later on their website to find exactly the same price I was quoted originally again given code to phone .. I did so only this time to be told the quote is a "FROM" price I checked their quote and no mention of "FROM"price then it was back to the not a live price excuse... Anyone going through FLIGHT GURUS website be prepared for a substantial increase in price from their original online quote .. I have just checked today again and website is still showing practically the same price as 4 days ago nowhere near the £344 increase

They advertise a super cheap ticket.

When you try to pay, it “fails.”

Then they ask you to call → and suddenly the ticket is “no longer available” → but they can “help” for a higher price.

That’s a common OTA scam.

I tried booking a ticket through this site because the price looked much cheaper than the airline’s website. After entering all my details, the payment “failed” and I was told to call their customer service. When I called, they claimed the ticket at that price was no longer available and immediately tried to upsell me a more expensive option.

This is a textbook bait-and-switch tactic: lure you in with a fake low price, then pressure you into paying more. Legitimate travel agencies and airlines don’t operate this way.

For anyone considering using this company: save yourself the stress. Book directly with the airline or through a well-known, reputable OTA instead.

Rachel at Flight Guru was AMAZING!
Had a mix up over times and layovers but it was all sorted out with a lot of laughter.
In my opinion Rachel deserves a pay raise, she is an asset to the company. Flight Guru have helped me in the past and have always been wonderful. GIVE RACHEL A RAISE!

As a group booking I was finding it hard to get flights but I contacted Mathew at flight guru he got it all sorted at a great price truly recommend

Can't book online and when you call they'll ask you to pay extra. Fake price shows always scam company.

Fake price, charging extra price then what it shows on their website. Horrible experience

I paid 2400 for a a return ticket. I needed to change my date because my mother was ill. They then tried to charge me 1100 more I ended up getting a single ticket back from NZ for 600 pounds on line.
Absolutely disappointed with this company I will never ever use them again.
To add the flexible, tickets are anything but flexible your best off just buying online at least the airline dealing with them directly. You can read the small print.

I arrived at the Rui Montego Bay check-in to be told by staff that my payment has not being received. I was unable to get in contact with the FG staff as, when i called, there was a message saying this call cannot be answered. which my anxiety had hit the roof hoping that this was'nt a scam!!!! I eventually got through to Shaun the travel agent, who I'd dealt with
I knew this was a different named person. I was speaking to, claiming to be Sean. The conversation was not following and this alias had become aggressive.
Unfortunately the staff at the Rui were not able to support with my dilemma leaving me stranded without accomodation. My only option was to repay! I will be dealing with this traumatic incident when I return back to the UK😢

What a great experience. Paul could not have been more helpful. Good flight options, good competitive price and the most important feature for me was always dealing with the same person. Thanks Paul

I had reason to cancel my flight to the Philippines which was scheduled for December 3rd but suffered a injury at home which makes it impossible to fly at that time and firstly they told me that my flight was non refundable and in the end i contacted Turkish Airlines about this and they told me i can get a full refund of my money which they accepted eventually and told me i had one and final offer to accept which was part refund and part vouchers and was told it would take 3 weeks possibly to finally get my money back but after two weeks i had not heard anything about it so i tried to find out the status of my refund and was told by the airline that they thought i had received it but it was not true so i contacted my banks dispute team for advice and they told me that i tell them my refund should be finalised by this weekend and when contacted by Flights Guru they gave me wrong information about my refund and as i speak i still haven't seen my refund in my bank account and the amount of stress it has given myself and my wife is not very good at all. I most certainly will not book another holiday through them my experience on this occasion has been very stressful in what should have been a situation where it should have run through smoothly this was anything but smooth so never again will i use them to book another holiday when the time is right for me to book another holiday.

I booked a return flight for my mother to spend 2 months in the UK. When she got here, her passport was stamped for 6 months. I rang the consultant Sean, to extend her ticket for the 6 months. On top of the £1200 + I had already paid , he requested another £600+, I told him it would be cheaper if I just buy a return ticket directly through the airline, he then reduced the amount to £300+ pounds just to extend the flight date. Few days before my mum returned I decided to call to confirm her flight and to check in online, only to discover no flight was booked. I was told by flight guru that BA had overbooked on the flight and there were no more seats, but if I paid another £600 my mother can get on the other available flight. I was given a date that would cause my mother to overstay her time. I rang BA and had to pay another £500 to get my mother on the same flight I was told is overbooked. Since February 2024 I have been chasing a refund with no avail. I am at the point of seeking legal advice to reclaim my hard earned money. I would advise , please, please do not use flight guru. Scammers for real

Paid the price they wanted and already sent me an e-mail and charged $25 more to my credit card and still got 2 months to go!! This company is a scam!!
