I would give zero stars if that was an option. This company and all of the employees are truly evil. It’s completely fraudulent and caused so many issues for our family that we were almost stuck in Europe with a 5 month old. They continue to ask for more and more money, they charge multiple transactions on your form of payment without your knowledge, they lie and tell you it’s refunded. If you have an emergency or something happens with your travel plans, they are miserable to work with and will price gauge you without a second thought. They do not even try to help you, and they caused our family so much mental anguish over a trip it should be criminal. Do not ever use this company. Their employees lie and and have no idea what they are doing. They request money over and over again, preying on people in a desperate position. Their “partners” even say terrible things about them when you call for assistance. There is no way this company has 4 stars unless they have fraudulent reviews, which would not surprise me in the least. They should all be in jail.

Complete fraud. I checked our tickets a month before our flight with the airline, everything was in place with seats allocated. I checked again a few days before we were due to fly, site said it was under maintenance, called, no answer, sent email, no reply. Rang the airline, they confirmed our tickets had been cancelled by the agency that morning without any contact to us. Left with no flight and no refund, a complete fraud

Accidentally bought round trip tickets when we only needed one way tickets. Tried to get a hold of Flight Guru to no avail. We left messages with them so they could call us back and they never did.

I scheduled a flight to London from New York around May 24th. I booked a flight through flightguru.com. They took my payment and informed me that they will get back to me with a confirmation. A few days later, I got an email from them saying that the flight request was not successful and that I will be getting a refund soon. I called them several times since it had been almost 3 weeks since I got the email from them, and asked about my refund. They told me that it was still "pending" and did not give a reason as to why it was taking so long (they say it usually takes up to 10 business days).

I am writing this review on July 5th, more than a month after I placed my order, and I still did not hear back from them and did not get a refund. Their website has been under maintenance for more than a week now. I realize now that I will not be getting my refund, but I am writing to warn everyone about these flight agents. I guess this is what happens when you don't do your research.

Do not use this company. We booked a number of flights to the USA last August 2022.
We were given all the confirmation etc and took our first flight to LA. (No problems)
Our second flight LA to LV we had to pay for AGAIN as American Airlines had said this particular flight had not been paid for even though FLIGHTGURU had charged us and issued the flight details.
We complained bitterly and asked for a refund on return in early September 2022.
We are still waiting today for our money as they keep fobbing us off. I’ve now written to the BBC programme and National press to help, along with Citizens Advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

FlightGuru stole my money. The day before my departure FlightGuru canceled my flight and the airline refunded everything. They never gave it back to me. I called the airline and they confirmed about the refund. FlightGuru is a SCAM. Don't use it.

As the below reviews mention, it appears this is a SCAM. Purchased a ticket and the fare "increased" by $150. When I asked for a refund, they sent an email with the subject "Refund processed" when in fact, no refund was processed. Next, they stopped responding to emails and never answer the phone. Their website also no longer exists. Avoid at all costs.

I think they went out of business. Website is down, none of the phone numbers or customer service emails work. Been over a week with no changes.

The deal they provided was competitively the best, but they processed the taxes thru a separate transaction. That was very inconvenient, requiring me to call my credit card company to approve a transaction by Flight Guru.

Change fee to be able to travel with our 5 month old daughter, due to a totally unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance, was the same as booking a brand new flight. Terrible customer service. Anyone would be much better served to use a more reputable service.

DO NOT Use this service, they are complete Fraud.
You will get enticed by the cheaper rates that are fake, your account gets charged , tickets will not be issued.
You will receive a cancellation email followed by no refund what so ever.

Just checked Flight Guru looking for seat info, they wanted $7500 for the exact same flight I booked direct with KLM yesterday for $3600, $2563 reg economy and approx $1040 for upgraded seats. RIP OFF COMPANY. Buyer Beware.

It took several days and several call to get my confirmation but finally I was able to get via several calls

Absolutely do not book through these guys. I chose a particular itinerary through the website as alternatives through airline directly were a few thousand dollars more. After making the booking request, I get an email that they need time (up to 24 hours) to actually make the reservation and, wait!, The fare went up by $1500!

Then trying different dates, carriers, etc to make a sale when I am asking to just have them cancel the booking request as they cannot actually fulfill what I booked on the website.

Don't use this service - many other similar situations if you google their history.

This is not a legitimate business. I am surprised they are allowed to do this legally in the United States. I bought a plane ticket on their website but they responded 1 day later that the ticket could not be purchased. They never issued a refund.

It was very easy to book and saved us $125/ticket for 4 of us!

I booked flight with flight guru, money also deducted, booking not confirmed and I got email that refund is initiated, now more than 13 days, still I did not get any refund and no one is answering the calls nor any reply of my email.
the money which deducted is not small amount.
I don't know my hard earn money will be refunded or not??

I was a little apprehensive reading some reviews but I was able to book a one way flight for my mom on Saturday for her to fly from Rome to Texas on Monday morning. KLM website was 1659. I got the same flight for 678. It took a few hours to get the second confirmation securing the ticket but the customer service was responsive and helpful. I will use this site again.
