I like the fact I was able to apply for a loan to pay for the tix. I was not so thrilled about not able to reserve my seats when it was an option. In the end I have my reservation number but now I have to worry about seats so my Mom and I can sit together.

first i thought flight Guru was scam ,how was surprised with the how much discount the got me my ticket.

We found this site to be so easy and convenient, very satisfied.

Flight Guru offered a rate on a flight and then could not confirm it with the airline so my only option was for a worse flight that cost $1,000 more. Flight Guru did not communicate the failure to secure the flight until I contacted them 3 days later. The search for a flight was on Google Flights which directed the purchase to Flight Guru rather than the airline. Next time I will go to the airline's website to book.

I liked the layout of the main search screen. Was simple to understand. I didn't like being told there was only 2 seats left at the shown price and I would have to wait up to 24 hours before I could know I actually got the seats.

Great Price and everything went through. I've had problems in the past with low prices from others but this one was real. Confirmation took 24 hours. I checked with the airline and got confirmation and seat selection.

I was thrilled to have secured the best price for my last-minute flight including an acceptable layover duration. The flight was confirmed relatively quickly which was important as the flight is only 3 days away and, very important: I received exceptional customer service. I received a refund for some charges that should not have been made so I replied to the notification asking for clarification. Cathy called me to explain the refunds and also re-confirmed the explanation via email. I will be using FlightGuru again and can recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great experience!

Flight Guru has made an excellent experience. I did not understand all the details and Zach went above and beyond to fix it and explain what I did not understand. Flight Guru, is awesome. I will continue to use them like I did for this trip. I trust them totally. Thanks Zach

Everything was great. First I thought it was a scam reading all these reviews.. I can’t say nothing but good things. We purchased 3 tickets and it took like 6 hours to get the tickets. I was trying to call them..the line was always busy. But you have a options of stay in line or they will call back. After 2 hours they called me back. We got our tickets within 6 hours. I don’t know why but the tickets are really cheap.We spent half of the money what the tickets usually cost.

I cannot get my payment returned minutes after I booked the flight…Stephanie called me a back is is going to issue a full refund!

After booked the flight and made payment, received the email and phone call from FlightGuru that the price went up 10%, and they can't honor the price that I had. Either have to pay extra or cancel the booking.

Had a small problem that was my fault and Flight Guru corrected it for me

Even though we had flight confirmation and ticket numbers from Fight Guru, our flight from LA to Tokyo had been suspended by Singapore Airlines. Their gate supervisor stated that Flight Guru did not complete the process. We have been delayed by a day, incurred added expenses and the alternate flight is not as convenient and takes us to a different airport which is not near our hotel.
In checking on our return flight to PHX, we are also being inconvenienced with an additional stop, much less convenient travel and a very long layover in LAX on the last leg to PHX.
In over 60 years of extensive travel, this is the worst experience ever!!.
Throughout this ordeal, our agent, Chris Acosta, kept telling us he couldn't do any better due to the added cost involved!
We did nothing wrong. These circumstances were caused by Flight Guru and a much better effort should have been done to correct the problems.

I was a little upset when I got a bill for taxes $245 from Qantas but then they were quick to explain to me when I called that they would refund it to me and they did good customer service. It worked well.

I call and left a message regarding my coming flight confirmation and she return my call and solved the problem instantly thank you Claire R keep it up you do a great job Flight Guru is the one when you need everyone go for Flight Guru when you need a ticket and good service too thank you Claire!
