couldn't even maintain the live data on the website. The price listed on the website is no longer valid when we call them. That's ridiculous. But the staff, Arya Clark who dealt about my flight, she was outstanding. So for her, I will give five stars.

At first I got a message to say that someone will be in touch which as usual I took with a little doubt so I tried to contact them immediately as I needed to complete the booking asap. But to no avail. Eventually I got an email and following that I think I was no longer worried and followed the process to a successful flight booking. I hasten to add that the promise of a half price BA flight was just that a pie-in-the-sky moment. I still got a fight at lower than that prices but on a different carrier and date.

Requested to book a Qatar Airways fare for £515 from Manchester to Harare. Emailed me back with an Emirates itinerary at £544. I was happy to take this knowing that the cheapest publicly available fare was £650. They explained on the phone that this was going to be a group booking and they were sending the details off to the airline. I should make a prepayment of £110, which I did. Fast forward three days later, and they called to take the balance payment except they could not hionour the £544 fare and that I mut pay the higher fare of £699 - which I refused to do on the basis that I could book it cheaper elsewhere. In refusing to make the balance payment they insisted that the prepayment was non refundable. This is daylight robbery. The deposit was only paid on the basis of securing flights for £544 not £699. Needless to say I will be going down the chargeback route and avoiding this company in future at all costs!

Having a member of staff who is personable and knows what their doing the member of staff who looked after my enquirer’s was a young lady by the name of Abeera who knew exactly how to put together the answers to all my questions can’t recommend her enough

SAme as others. Took the deposit and had to chase for the tickets. Thats when they told me that seats were available but fare was NOT ? WHAT? after paying the deposit and verbally reconfirming that all well.

When aksing the agent abt the ticket, was transferred to a "manager" , who doesnt even have the courtesy to speak politely with customers. Started yelling at the top of his voice when I
asked why you cheat innocent customers like this "Click& Bait"in my instance. After the shouting match was over, He promised to refund the deposit, but only after 7 Working days!. Still waiting. Have raised a chrageback with Credit card company, to avoid having to further deal with these scammers.

Avoid at all costs.

It seems this is becoming a trend with such cowboy travel agency outfits .

What a standard reply. I insisted that I will pay full amount on the same day of booking, but Staff re re re assured me nothing to worry. We have 48 hours to pay the balance. (He would/could not provide the PNR number, despite asking many times).Before the 48 hours were up, I insisted on payment and requested to provide PNR. That's when I was transferred to a "manager". The rest is history.

Another lie! I never agreed to a 7 working days time period for refund (as mentioned in their reply). Instead insisted that this be processed promptly (in a day or 2) Like everything is online, similar to when taking payments. They hinted at giving some vouchers for my next booking ! (what a cheek)Their reluctance raised red flags for me. It's then that I decided to request a chargeback from my Credit Card Company. which is not yet processed.

Liars to the core.

My consultant Arya Clark was very attentive throughout, we had some availability issues but these were solved to my total satisfaction.I was kept informed throughout the process and I would recommend both the company and Arya.
