Worst company ; don’t book with them! I’ve booked tickets at the end of September; never received them. Called about 5 times for over a month and wrote several emails. When I asked for a refund, they told me it would take 2 to 3 WEEKS!!!! I’ve never seen anything like it.

They are very fraud people and the customer care is very rude. They received my money and did not issue tickets and did not refund my money.

C'est une agence d'escroquerie j'ai payé mes billets d'avion j'ai reçu seulement confirmation de réservation sans aucuns billets il y avait deux numeros des billets d'avions quand j'ai communiqué avec Tunisair m'ont confirmé qu'il y avaient pas billets d'avions l' agente Hezile me confirme mes billets seront affichés dans la compagnie dans 2 à 3 semaines ce n'est pas vrais j'ai demandé remboursement refuse j ai acheté voa jetcost avec des bas prix une réservation ne peut pas resté 3 jours les billets doit être émis je vais ́procéder avec office de protecteur du consommateur j'ai fais mon achat le 21 octobre pour voyage mois mars il parle seulement anglais et leur émail bloqué je peux pas répondre aux émail reçus.

They just have fake flights. You will enter your information for the cheap flight and then they will say it’s no longer available. If you search it again it will be $1000+ what the original flight was supposed to be. Sites like this need to be taken down, scammy and price gouging

Big SCAMMERS! Trying to book 2 seats on a flight and input all information up to the payment. I did not confirm my purchase yet and I received email saying thank you for your purchase. I called the number instantly and this Indian woman answered. She asked my name all I said was my first name and instantly she said yes I see bookings for 2 and she called out our full names. You’d think it’s a legal business and she’d need more information to pull up my booking. I explained to her in a calm manner I didn’t confirm my purchase yet and it said thank you for your purchase. She didn’t even pause and started speaking so harshly “why did you put your information if you didn’t want to purchase the flights. I mean… are you kidding me??? I intended to but I didn’t proceed with confirming just yet. She kept repeatedly saying the same thing to me in a rude tone. At this point I understood my doubts. I responded sternly and said I want to cancel the booking because I want to add other members. This got her attention now. I said to her you’re supposed to be customer service and without hearing me out you started speaking to me rudely. She said that she had 4 people calling and saying the same thing today. Now she’s trying to talk me out of cancelling and I told her I had to add other members on the flight so I need to cancel the booking and redo for another day and time. She told me let’s amend or else it’ll take 2 to 3 weeks for refund. She kept pushing for me to book on the phone with her. I gave all the excuses of needing to get the family members information and she insists it’ll take up to 3 weeks and I told her that I didn’t even confirm but you took my money in an instant and to give it back it’ll take 3 weeks??? She she can do if I really want but she don’t recommend and I asked her to cancel and give me confirmation of the cancellation while I’m on the line and she told me in a minute then I received a very bogus email that’s not promising. I quickly cut the call and called my bank to block the transaction and report the fraud. Hope this helps someone to not book with this site.

we booked a ticket in July and the day before the fight, we were unable to check in - flight merchant says that the airline cancelled the ticket due to over booking, when we contacted the airline, it turns out the ticket was never paid for. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

Very concerning experience – tickets still not issued

We made a reservation with Flight Merchants on September 4 for an Air Canada flight scheduled for December.

To this day, Air Canada has confirmed that no tickets have been issued in our names.

Since making the reservation, we have contacted Flight Merchants approximately 7 or 8 times. Each time, we have been assured that payment to the airline would be processed and that our tickets would be issued within the next few days. Unfortunately, despite these repeated promises, nothing has changed.

We find it extremely concerning that several weeks after making our reservation, Air Canada still confirms that no tickets have been issued in our names.

After so many calls and repeated promises that have not been fulfilled, we now have serious concerns about the reliability of Flight Merchants.

We are sharing our experience so that other travelers considering booking with this company can make an informed decision.

We will update this review if Flight Merchants resolves the situation and our tickets are officially issued by Air Canada.

Checking a flight from Montreal To Daytona Beach on American Airlines// Per Person it is showing CAD862 on flightMerchant// definitely this is a SCAM, the price on AA.COM is around CAD1500/PERSON.
When I called on the Number +1 833 758 0111 Agent Hazel Answered, as per previous reviews I read, it mentioned Hazel name. So be careful.

I bought a flight ticket from their site.
Tried to pay with a credit card, but could not, so I paid with a debit card.
They told me I will receive a boarding pass a day before the departure date. Unfortunately, I received an email from them instead saying that my ticket was cancelled. I had to buy another ticket from another travel agency in the last minute.
I asked for a refund, and they told me I will get it in 2 days, then in a week, then in another 2 weeks etc.. Their call center is situated in India with indian agents using christian names: Elena, Sophia, Hazel etc..
Beware of these scammers. Do not do business with them.

Flight Merchants is a scam website, made a booking with them on a monday and they said i would get a boarding pass on friday the day before my flight. I never got the boarding pass and they never contacted or replied to my emails. I ended up buying a last minute ticket at double the price. BEWARE: NEVER USE FLIGHT MERCHANTS!!!!

Never ever even try to book hr flights with these scammers. They scam you they are not trustworthy at all dnt waste ur time and money they r sitting in india and try to scam ur card so be carefull they sent u fake reservation.

Very disappointing experience. I would not book with Flight Merchant again. They issued the wrong business class itinerary, cancelled it, and were unable to honor the fare I had booked. I received multiple assurances that my ticket would be issued, along with inconsistent timelines that were never met. As a result, I lost the original fare while business airfares increased significantly. It took almost three weeks and multiple follow-ups to receive my refund. The refund amount I received was also lower than the amount I originally paid, and I am still awaiting an explanation. Poor communication, poor handling of the booking, and an extremely stressful experience.

En noviembre del 2025 compré unos tiquetes para viajar de CR a New York. Nunca me llegaron los boletos de avión. Trate de mandar correos electrónicos, llamar a todos los números dice que no existen, nunca me contestaron, el muchacho Andrés me decía que pronto llegaban los boletos y nunca llegaron, nos bloqueó a mí y a mi esposo, después ni siquiera las llamadas contestaba. No le importa que lleváramos una bebé, no tuvo humanidad de nada. SON ESTAFADORES, NO CAIGAN EN SUS ENGAÑOS.

Reserve un pasaje ida y vuelta me cobraron el total del pasaje y el dia del viaje me responden que perdieron la reserva y que me realizarían la.devolucuon del dinero entre 15 a 20 dias y hasta la fecha lo han realizado y tampoco contestan los números telefónicos. Me siento estafada.

Booked a flight did not get confirmation. Went to call customer service and a person answered hello...I asked if this was flight merchant and he said oh yes. He has an Indian accent and I was asking about my flight and he said someone will call me back with confirmation number. I thought it was strange and I continued to question him. He told me he was a Spanish speaking agent and didn't speak good english lol. I said you most certainly are not Hispanic. Anyway after phone call I came to the reviews and freaked out. I checked my bank account and nothing was charged so I called my bank and cancelled my card and explained I was scammed. I sure am glad I did because that evening they tried to charge 1100 dollars to my card. Flight was only 130. Stay clear of this website.
