FLOCKSOCIAL OBVIOUS SCAMMERS!

After signing in and registering for a 7-day trial of the 39$ monthly package, was unable to log back in using the same account. Tried multiple times but your freaking scam web page keeps showing internal error. Meanwhile, I tried with a different account, guess what? It worked! WOW?? How can you do such dirty work to scam people like that?? You can live in peace with money that you scammed from people who're obviously desperate for help that's looking at your services???

We do not restrict access to accounts in order to prevent users from logging in, nor do we operate in a way that would block legitimate trial users. If you encountered an internal error while trying to log in, that is most likely a technical issue, not an intentional action. These can sometimes be caused by browser cache, cookies, VPNs, ad blockers, or temporary server-side errors on our side.

We also want to clarify that each user is only eligible for one free trial per account. Creating a new account does not reset or bypass this limitation.

If you were unable to log in, our Support Team is available 24/7 and would have been happy to assist you with account recovery, troubleshooting, or verification. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response to our information request, which makes it impossible for us to locate your account and investigate what happened.

Customer support engages you and tells that developers are fixing the issue and then they just stop responding after a few interactions and they close the case.

The welcome emails are also auto generated and none of the actions work and replying to the customer success manager email id got bounced.

SCAM!

SCAM!! We signed up for the free trial then realized they needed our instagram password (they told us this after we put in our cc information for the 7 day free trial). We immediately went to account settings to cancel but it said we had to chat with customer service via their chat. We wrote them and said it was our day one of the trial but we wanted to cancel. The chat said "typically replies in a few minutes." THAT IS NOT TRUE. We can't get anybody to confirm the cancellation and now may have to report fraud to the cc company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Please note…..in response to their ridiculous response below….they sent me a generic email still wanting me to respond about canceling my account….THEY STILL HAVE NOT CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIP!! I’ve now had to contact our company bank to report fraud and cancel the card!!!!! Please avoid them!!! Their “customer service” is nonexistent!!! This is a scam!!!!

Without an up-to-date password, our service would simply not work.

Our support team has responded to the tickets you opened, so please check your inbox. No charges have been made and none will occur without your confirmation, so there’s no need to cancel your card.

If you still wish to cancel, simply reply to our support email and we’ll make sure everything is fully closed for you.

It's an absolute scam

It's an absolute scam. In my case, I was naive enough to sign up for an annual plan. It worked for the first few months by adding fake accounts as followers. The only thing they really do is follow people — they flood your account with followers and then overwhelm it until it stops working. I requested a refund for the remaining months, but they refused, claiming there were issues with PayPal. PayPal told me that was completely false and confirmed that a partial refund could be issued without any problem.
After I complained, a supervisor directly canceled my annual account — even though I still had 5 months left out of the 12 I paid for. They stopped responding to my messages asking for an explanation (I contacted them nearly 10 times).
They steal your money if you complain and don’t deliver the results they promise. Be very careful and avoid signing up with them.

• Our growth goals are targets, not guarantees, as stated in our Terms of Service at sign-up.

• We made multiple attempts to issue a partial refund, but PayPal declined the transaction because the original payment is outside their automated refund window. We shared screenshots of the error with you and invited PayPal to confirm this directly.

• Your subscription was canceled at your request, and no new charges were made. Cancellation simply ensured that no future renewals would occur; it wasn’t meant to “remove service” you’d already paid for.

• Our team has kept the ticket open and responded throughout, offering alternatives (including a one-month free extension and full credit toward a future plan) while continuing to look for other ways to return the balance.

We understand how disappointing this has been and remain willing to cooperate.

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, AI and Human interaction mixed whatever company.
They followed more than 300 accounts hoping they will follow me back and how many followed 3 only in one week. Auto likes, auto unfollows which were mentioned with their job list was never done. I repedeatly asked questions about these but there were no progress. At the end I quit them in one week with no refund. I requested partial refund but Joanna not sure real person or AI declined it. So it is my gift to you for you to spend in good days Flock Social's owners!
Your strategy is not good Flock Social, I explained to Joanna who is customer service but they wouldn't listen. After I left I applied that strategy and I am organicly growing at a really good speed I want.
At the end, do not spend a penny on this, it is worthless.

Before we get into more details, we'd like to issue an official apology if the service did not meet your initial expectations and ask you to reconsider reinstating your account so we can prove the real value Flock Social brings.

Our method of growth consists of Follow/Unfollow actions which occur at different times and speeds. The initial step over the course of the first week is to follow users and get things going throughout the audience you selected as your target. We're doing this with great caution not to put your account in any jeopardy so it takes some time for our system to acclimatize to your account and start doing more interactions on a daily basis.

The followed users are always unfollowed, however, we're giving them enough time to really notice your account and follow you back. In other words, the unfollowing ideally occurs after 3-5 days, but during the first week, we're performing unfollowing once the initial batch of 300-500 users has been followed.

Story viewing is an integrated feature that occurs in the background all the time, but liking occurs only during the unfollowing stage if, and only if, users actually give you a followback. We are very early into this adventure

We are very early into this adventure, this review will be updated regularly for the good or bad. Our account is still in the "Warm up" stage so no review on growth as of yet.

For now, they have a great 5 stars for their story Team! Professional, fast response, courtesy and knowledgeable support staff. A+++ for that aspect!

I truly hope this trend continues with them, as I feel positive about it. Will update it a few days once everything else gets underway.

They clearly say all the followers are real but they’re not. IT’S FALSE ADVERTISING!
I cancelled my subscription after a day and they won’t even give me a refund. Don’t fall for that, it’s a SCAM

Not at all the intended target audience

I uploaded 25 sample IG accounts targeting women for cosmetics in the US. The followers flocksocial got for us were overseas garbage accounts of young men and otherwise entirely off the mark. Taking days to remove the nonsense they built. Then, when I went to cancel, they said, "we were a bit off the mark," if you continue for another month, we'll fix it. I'd say that falls under customer service and should be free so flock off flocksocial. Stand behind your product or don't bother.

Instead or organic growth, you get all similar accounts following you at once.

These people are in Serbia. Despite the domain being Flocksocial in reality they are socialgrowth.co On my billing they appeared as socialgrowthpay.com I bought a service from them that was called IG Explorer that was supposed get you IG followers by providing them 30 Accounts you like and they would target the followers of those accounts and do Follow/Unfollow and Like. In 4 or 5 days they have not followed anyone, instead at night suddenly 50 accounts would instantly be added to my account and they all look the same: A photo of a Girl, a single page of 15 photo posts all of them. Zero engagement, nothing. All fake. None of the accounts had anything to do with my targets. It is easy for me to know that since my targets were in Italian. Just a hint. I contacted support but they tried to copy-paste me nonsense and gave no explanation of why they had not followed anyone. Stay away! I have asked for a refund.
