Not legit - do not give them your info - SCAM

I signed up for their Instagram followers growth bot, which is promoted as a bot that goes out and follows the followers of accounts that you designate then interacts with them hoping they will follow you back.

In reality, the software does none of these things. I had 30 random followers dumped into my account all at once in the middle of the night. These were accounts with only a handful of followers, no pictures, foreign names, and did not follow the leading account I asked the bot to use to identify followers.

Do not be fooled by the slick interface they built - it doesn't actually work. It's just a mirage.

In order to cancel your free trial you cannot simple click a button to cancel, you have to message the "support team" and ask them to cancel the service.

I highly recommend that you stay away from this! It Does not perform the service as described and performs it in a manner that risks account suspension or deletion. The fact that you have to speak with chat to cancel is another huge red flag.

Stay away from this service. Instagram account suspended. No support

Unfortunately, my Instagram account, opened in 2011 and with hundreds of posts and followers, has been suspended. I appealed and am still waiting.
This happened after I reactivated Nitreo. At the first warning sign (a message from Instagram about suspicious activity) — after 3 days of using Nitreo — I wrote to customer support, who told me not to worry, to change my password and log back into Nitreo, even though I had requested a refund (which was denied). This would have lowered the alert on my profile. But that didn't happen.
Not even 12 hours later, I received a message from Instagram informing me that they had completely disabled my account. Now I'm waiting for the outcome of my appeal.
I've written to Nitreo customer service several times, but they've completely stopped responding, ignoring both live chat and emails.

We’ve reviewed your case in detail. Your trial began on August 19th with your Instagram account, which was linked at signup. This required entering both your Instagram and payment details, so no unauthorized charges were made. The subscription was created directly by you.

As soon as you contacted us, our support team immediately verified your account, canceled your subscription, and processed a refund. Refunds can take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank, which we also explained several times in our replies.

We understand that you’ve expressed frustration, but for clarity to others reading: all charges are only initiated by customers themselves at the time of registration, and in this case the subscription was confirmed under your details.

Disgusting

Disgusting. I made a purchase which I regretted the moment it went through... in fact the moment I realized that these scammers will need my password to provide their service. In hindsight, now reading other reviews, they are clearly a fake bot Instagram warehouse seller, and of course, they're refusing to issue a refund. Scam through and through. I will be reporting their fraudulent advertising practices to the FTC and talking this fraud over with my credit card issuer.

To clarify, our Terms of Service and FAQ clearly explain that we require account access in order to deliver organic actions (follows, unfollows, likes, and story views). Without this, the service simply wouldn’t work and would result in no growth of new followers, which is something we're not offering to our clients.

Our support team also sent multiple screenshots during your case to confirm this, and although refunds aren’t typically issued once a service begins, we still processed one for you as a courtesy.

Fake and dishonest service and customer service

After reviewing Nitreo here on trustpilot Nitreo began logging in to my account from Serbia and getting me suspended 2 to 3 times a day and finally today Instagram permanently disabled my account. Over 5 years of work building my social media and now gone. A total loss. Stay away from this service unless you’re willing to risk starting over like me. And in this case if strongly looks like retaliation.

When I was a customer I emailed them multiple times stating I did not give consent to Bots or fake followers, only promotion and traffic. They assured me multiple times that they did not use Bots. After my service ended I emailed again providing written proof that their service does use bots and that I want them removed from my account. They admitted to me finally that they do use them but I’d have to sign up and pay to remove them. This is the most dishonest and disgusting company that will say anything to take your money.

Here is the quote from a Nitreo email.

“Since your account has already been canceled, we are unable to perform any activities or modifications on it, including removing bots. “

AND

“The only solution is to reactivate your account and then unfollow, but please note that reactivating the account will incur a charge. Please let me know if you'd like to proceed, and I’ll assist you with the next steps.“

I’ve had my account suspended 3 times from Instagram since writing my original complaint here. Each time I get suspended there is a log in from Serbia. Nitreo is the worst thing ever. Not only do they tell me they can’t remove bots because I don’t have an account anymore, but they do in fact log in and get you suspended! Multiple times a week!

2. Since your subscription ended, we no longer have access to your account. That’s why we explained the only way we could assist further would be through reactivation, not as a way to charge unnecessarily, but because we technically can’t take action without account access.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE – IT’S A SCAM!

I paid £300 for a 12-month service deal with Nitreo, hoping to see significant growth on my Instagram account. For the first two weeks, the service was okay with some growth, but nowhere near what they claimed. After that, the connection kept dropping (or so they said), and I ended up being locked out of my Instagram account for an entire week. Once I finally got back into my account, there was absolutely no growth at all.

The dashboard became completely inaccessible, and when I tried to get help, most conversations were with AI that didn’t resolve anything. Despite all of this, they refused to refund my money. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of.

Save yourself the hassle and money—DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Best marketing service I’ve tried so far

Honestly I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about. Maybe they aren’t using it correctly. I’ve been getting real active followers since using Nitreo and it’s become very rapid. I’ve gotten about 300 followers a month and they aren’t bots which is great. They’re based on the followers of the accounts I put on my list, which are accounts in my niche similar to me. So the correct audience is engaging with me now and it’s leaps and bounds better and cheaper than the ads I buy from Instagram for my posts.

It's a fake service

It's a fake service. I signed up and immediately received followers from India each profile having about 15 followers and minimal posts. Even if these profiles are real they are not my target audience. I asked Nitreo for a refund but they refused. Of course probably why they don't offer a trial period. They are targeting sign-ups and don't care about real customers or real service.

They scam

Initial Review:
At first, the service seemed to work as described. Nitreo automated actions on my Instagram account, and customer support was responsive when I encountered issues. I was even considering upgrading to a higher tier and adding more accounts.

Update:
However, after more time using the service, I became dissatisfied. The accounts that followed me appeared to have minimal activity—most had very few posts and no real engagement. This raised concerns about the authenticity of the followers.

Additionally, my account experienced restrictions, which I believe may have been due to the way Nitreo operates. While the company claims to adhere to Instagram's terms and conditions, my experience suggests otherwise. The automation did not work as expected, and the results were far from what was promised.

Too good to be true -- obviously

Used the company to try and grow organically but it was too good to be true. My account got flagged for automated activity and temporarily suspended. They don't offer any refund even though the product is unusable. Clearly a scam. Avoid.

Update. I did absolutely get suspended. I wish I had taken a screenshot. Your advice was to continue using your product even though instagram threatened to block my account for automated activity.

I use my account for business and therefore I’m not able to get my account blocked.

This review is 100% genuine and I stand by everything I’ve written here

Breached my security - DO NOT USE

Breached my security - compromised my password. Tried to make an excuse saying that this was just access to server issues. I had already granted access to their server’ the day before (Serbia). Next day, Facebook didn’t ask me to authorise - merely kicked me out saying that my passwords had been compromised and I had to reset all my passwords. They are fraudulent. Refused to give me a refund, also you have to speak with them to request a cancellation of your subscription. Very dodgy and it ain't worth speaking to them as they are just obnoxious.

They are also know as SocialGrowth and all chats/emails come from this inbox.
