After sales needs work
Update it is now the 10 December 2025 - over one month after Flooring Projects said via comment below that they would be in touch. They haven’t been, therefore they are losing a star due to rubbish after sales.
I still have a very squeaky floor
I’ve already provided an unprompted review. This is a copy (cannot post direct link)
I’m very pleased with the overall look and finish of the flooring installed by Flooring Projects. The team was professional and the installation itself went smoothly. However, since the work was completed, a persistent squeaking noise has developed in a high footfall area.
I first raised this on 8 August and was advised it might settle. When I followed up on 27 September, I was told the issue could stem from the underlying floorboards beneath the plyboard they installed. I challenged this on 30 September, as the squeaking did not exist prior to the installation. I was told the fitter would visit when next in the area, but I’ve had no further contact since 1 October.
While I remain happy with the flooring’s appearance, the unresolved noise issue has been disappointing.

Fantastic company
What a great company. Mark in the showroom really took time to understand what we were looking for, offering options and suggestions that would fit our brief. There was no pushy sales and he left us with some samples to take home and consider, with a follow up quote sent out later that day.
Again, no pressure from Mark, but always happy to help with my questions.
Date arranged for fitting with the fitter doing an amazing job.
From start to finish, the team have been excellent and I'd highly recommend this company.

They come out and do a survey and then give a quote. Very efficient.

Would highly recommend - delighted
A recommendation sent me to Flooring Projects. I was impressed by the selection of flooring available and the personal attention I received . Nothing was too much to ask and a prompt reply was always received . I was guided in the selection of the appropriate flooring for my needs and samples were received to enable me to choose. The company were able to arrange an installation date which fitted in with the other work being undertaken in the house. The fitters were exceptional and very skilled in preparing the sub floor and laying the new flooring carefully around and under existing cabinets and skirting. I was absolutely delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend this company .
