We had order 50m2 of laminate flooring back in March. Part of it damaged until now noone had been in touch to either arranged return/discount/or additional packs so we can actually finally lay the floor. Not replying to emails or returning calls. One to avoid I would say!

Excellent quality flooring, easy to install, a little more expensive than the standard laminate flooring you can purchase elsewhere but I guess like everything you pay for what you get.

The communication was excellent from our initial enquiry then sending out the samples we had requested through to the actual delivery. We ordered quite a substantial amount of flooring so it was no surprise that two of he boxes were damaged. Within days the damaged boxes had been replaced. Drivers observed the social distancing and were polite and courteous. The flooring is as we hoped it would be. Will definitely order from this company again.

Order and delivery went smoothly. Opened boxes lots of damage but no one has responded when I have emailed them to advise. Since ordered same product from another supplier.

second time I have bought from Flooring Village. First time no problem with price or the order/delivery but this time the delivery, price were good but when I discovered a problem with 4 of the boards I emailed flooring village and was ignored. I was able to work round the problem but customer service after-sales doesn't exist.

product is really good, well wrapped and a really good price. Their courier let them down and I felt a little in the dark about when the product would be coming and how it was getting resolved. Got there in the end.

buying from them I saved £ 500 from stores where we found expensive insinuated they are not a serious company and you can not trust them because it is too cheap, but I did not have any problems. order came on time and nothing has been damaged

They charge a hefty 35 quid delivery and place a lot of emphasis that if we aren’t in then we will have to pay for redelivery I waited in all day phoned and was told delivery would be around 530.
Called at 5:30 obviously they had gone home left messages Saturday left more messages.
Unable to get through to anyone at the weekend customer service is terrible.
Still haven’t received a call or the items.

Terrible customer service. They don't seem to have a complaints department. The 'manager' is always in a meeting or out of the office. There seems to be only one girl handling all if the calls (Jemma) who's answer to everything is 'I do apologise' needed extra flooring to finish project but they just took forever to get back to me. Will be ordering from somewhere else.
