Excellent service, great quality wood flooring. Delivery time was better than expected. My carpenter commented on how easy it was to fit. I would recommend flooring village for there price, they bit all other sellers you stocked this flooring.

I ordered a couple of samples which arrived promptly, I then decided to go ahead with one of them and ordered 11 boxes of Tuscan engineered flooring along with 2 rolls of underlay. All arrived quickly and safely, no issues with any of the wood which is now down and looking great.

Used Flooring Villiage for faster delivery, despite being more expensive. I'd left leeway in my schedule but wanted to be sure.

Package didn't show & there was no delay notification. I called, was told the original from their suppliers was damaged & another would arrive 2 days later. That turned into 3 days later - delivered by normal royal mail.

Unwrapping the parcel revealed bent and broken boards. The terms & conditions on the refund policy state that if you open the packing it's yours. How in merry hell do you check the contents of a package without opening it?

Easy to order and cheapest for the particular flooring that I wanted. Arrived on time, my builder very pleased and it looks good.

I found them to be good value for money and they kept me informed about all the deliveries. Minor issue when they realised one element of the order needed to be despatched from a different warehouse but they sent that by a separate courier with the bulk of the materials coming on their own van. Both deliveries still arrived on the same day and they kept me informed about what was happening. All totally fine; I think they handled all of this really well.

Second time using flooring Village. Both orders have been without issue. Easy to rearrange delivery time to suit and then given a few hours time slot which is always helpful. Ordered the hickory laminate wood effect flooring initially for kitchen then subsequently for the hall, very happy with the quality. Would recommend.

Ordered some flooring and beading. Fast delivery although wasn’t told my beading was damaged had to ring up when I figured it wasn’t there. Told it would arrive the following week which it did. Polite and apologetic staff when I rang. Apart from that flooring and beading excellent.

Ordererd some laminate flooring, stair strips and incizo from here. Answered all my pre-sales queries quickly and accurately. Price was the best I could find online for the specific Quickstep flooring I required. Order arrived on time, intact, no damage. They were even able to add a couple of items to my order that I had forgotten prior to shipping - went out their way to ensure that this was done. Everything handled professionally, quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend and use again

Smooth service from start to finish, ordered samples and they arrive within 2 days, main order was delivered on time. Really happy with the product.
Spoke to customer service a few times purely to get a more accurate delivery time which they were able to provide me, always polite, professional and helpful!

Terrible, don’t waste your time or money. Ordered a sample, didn’t arrive after two weeks. Called and said oh sorry must have been lost, we’ll send again, that was 3 months ago, gave up trying. If they can’t handle sample orders then god help them if they have to handle an actual order! STAY AWAY

Great services. I will surely tell others

Terrible customer service. We ordered some samples on 10 0ct and our credit card was charged straight away. We still haven't received the samples (5/11). I have tried phoning several times but just get stuck in a queue. The queue finally ends when the system asks you to leave a message. I have left messages and also emailed but have had no response.
All I want now is a refund, but that is impossible if you can't communicate with the company!
