Good service
Friendly, helpful service. That's why I've used Floorstore twice now for carpets and underlay. Plus their prices are very competitive. There is also free parking at their Leeds store.

Exceptional service and expertise
We are very pleased with our recent purchase of LVT flooring from Simon earlier this January. He is knowledgeable and kept us updated on the order and the delivery. That's why we have come back to obtain a quote for carpet installation in our bedrooms. Simon's comprehensive explanation of various carpet types has helped us decide on what we need. Really great service from Floorstore
Really great service from everyone at Floorstore on Roseville Road in Leeds. They have a wonderful showroom with loads of choices (Real wood flooring, LVT, vinyl boards, beautiful carpets etc).
Mike helped us choose a floor within our budget for our living room and gave us time and space to review our options.
We booked a free survey to check our sub floor and to measure up, booked with a fitter quickly, floor was installed and looks amazing, whole process was so quick and seamless. They made it super easy from start to finish. Mike and his colleagues answered all of my questions and we really appreciated the teams kind help and expertise.

Friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and helpful staff who responded very quickly to any queries we had. They provided a fast and efficient service and the fitters were also excellent. They did a great job fitting the carpets and tidied up very well afterwards.

Flooring for a large and awkward shaped area
I was surprised to find how professional everyone was in terms of seeking a suitable floor covering for our kitchen/sun room and dining area. Simon Waterhouse, the manager, couldn’t have done more to help and advise.
When it came to fitting the experience was just the same; Wayne Duffield came to measure and later fit our Amtico flooring. It was a lengthy job with it being a large awkward shaped space - I’m absolutely thrilled with it now the job is complete - he did a great job.
Additionally the dining carpet Simon suggested looking at is also now down and fitted and matches the flooring perfectly. Thank you

Wouldn't use again. Poor service.
Will be going direct rather than using a company like floorstore in future. They didn't return any calls meaning we had to go in any time we needed to contact them or move anything along.
Their inspector said the holes in our floorboards wouldn't need any repair work, however when the fitter came on our fitting date 6 weeks later he decided they did need repair and so our fitting was delayed.
Fitter was friendly during the fitting process, but we quickly noticed a loose/squeaky board after he left and we've been trying to get him back for over 6 weeks with repeated no-shows.
Got the general feeling from floorstore that once you've paid them it's not their problem unfortunately and they don't seem able to accept an errors or shortcomings on their part.
Edit: the reply to this review suggests we were unavailable on the dates suggested by floorstore, when in reality we setup multiple dates for the repair with the fitter who then failed to show up.
When floorstore offered further dates after these multiple no-shows we weren't available on the closer dates offered to us having already been stood up multiple times, so we had to go with a date another 2 months away.
That date came and went, the fitter didn't come. The store were made aware and said they would call back but true to from haven't don't so. Genuinely gutted we went with these guys.
