I had a stress-free experience with Floorworks. Martin provided a quote promptly based on the photos I provided and sent out fitters within a few days. They did a brilliant job restoring the engineered oak floor.

I have never worked with a company that was so adaptable and considerate whilst also being so competent and highly skilled at what they do.
I booked Floor Works to repair, sand and varnish our wooden floors after an unfortunate oil spill in our kitchen. Our customer service contact Martin was incredibly kind and supportive in helping me purchase the correct replacement boards. He held my hand through the process and offered expert advice, thinking through every aspect of the process and making sure the work could be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Without his help I would have wasted huge amounts of money on the wrong product - he went above and beyond.
Our engineer Kiril was also amazing. He adapted his plan and helped us move our furniture in a way which made it as least disruptive as possible - working around our young baby’s needs. The work he did was impeccable - he removed deep scratches which I never thought would come out and matched the colour of the varnish perfectly. He worked longer hours to make sure it was done in time and communicated clearly throughout. He was a joy to work with.
I really cannot recommend Floorworks enough! They provide expert support and high quality work, all at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier.

One of the best work I have ever seen for wood flooring. Dimitri and the Team did a fantastic job for my house wood flooring for 6 bed rooms. I had wooden flooring in my previous house. When I compare both the house woodwork, Dimitri works goes to the top. They did finished their work within given timeframe and excellent way they explain you around how you need to take care of the wooden floor.
I would certainly 1000% recommend them for any kind of wood flooring work

A great service. Really helpful on the phone and able to give good advice then be flexible on how much I wanted to do the day based on the initial sanding (Extra staining and/or gap filling). The guys who came out were also great. Really pleased with the service and the finished product. Money well spent. Would definitely recommend.

Great job installing my engineered wood floor. Fitters arrived promptly and were very communicative throughout the day, working with us on which boards to use where. Proactively raised issues with us for discussion and gave advice on reinstalling fitted units that had been removed while floor was fitted. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Did a meticulous job that transformed the look of our engineered oak flooring. It went from scuffed and stained to looking brand new. Very happy with the end result.

It was an online booking which went very smoothly. Very professional on the phone and the paperwork that followed was on point. The engineer his name was Kiro was excellent very neat. I asked him questions he stopped what he was doing to explain. Very pleased with company, Engineer and the finished work. A++++

Rosie and Martin helped with the quote and fitted us in at very short notice. They are both friendly and helpful. Kiril sanded and re-finished our kitchen floor, which is made of vertical type bamboo. It was damaged in several places, now it looks like new. Kiril is friendly and gave us very helpful advice. I can't recommend him highly enough for his work. He really put in the hours to get the floor finished in one day. I would definitely call Floorworks again if I need another floor done.

George sanded and lacquered my floor, and it looks amazing. I was in a bit of a time crunch, but the process, from survey to finish, was quick and efficient. Good communication with frequent updates and a beautiful result.
