I received a bracelet as a gift for Christmas but the enamel came off within a short period of time. I reached out to the company and received a personal response within an hour and they were on to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Yes, there was a fault however as a customer I really appreciate the efforts to rectify the issue within a timely manner.

They’re so cute and customer service is always great. The response to my questions were immediate and the piece of jewellery was dispatched within 24hrs of purchase. The quality of the piece is gray and the service from start to finish was amazing. Bracelet broke within 5 wears, really unhelpful response from the store.
Store followed up review with several passive aggressive and accusatory email responses- no offer to resolve the situation, then tried to have review removed as said they thought it was for someone else- no accountability.

I received Florence bracelet for my birthday. It was amazing and really good quality. I have since ordered three for my grandchildren. Two as christening gifts the other for passing her exams. Rosie the owner was so helpful and it's excellent that you can speak on the telephone direct. This is the perfect keepsake for someone special in your life.

Amazing quality and very quick delivery

Absolutely beautiful bracelet in which we could have a long message engraved. (Could only get a few words with other brands) Customer service amazing - helped us to get the piece at very short notice but in time to congratulate our daughter on her GCSE results. Love it! Very impressed.
