Don’t buy from them. Poor quality dresses which aren’t worth even the sale price and wait ages for them to arrive. Or they don’t deliver the dress but still don’t issue a refund!! Also the customer service support email imply they are doing everything to sort out the problem but definitely aren’t.

One star is too much for this awful product. Dress not as advertised. Terrible cheap material. Nothing like the advert.
Now in the process of trying to return item and they’re offering another dress at the cost of £7!
I wouldn’t pay 7p for anything from them.
Not based in London like advertised, told it was shipped from India.

Advertises as though from uk London. It is actually shipped from china. Fits like a bin bag. Material is horrid not at all like it looks in pics. Do not buy! Shein is better. V disappointed

I am annoyed at myself for not reading reviews before ordering - I usually do.
This company purports to be British - it's NOT! I will not go into all the details or you would still be reading this in 10 minutes!
Returned 2 of the 3 dresses I ordered, as they were not fit for purpose. Return parcel got as far as customs in China, but awaiting the recipient (ie Florence and Mae/their associates) paying duty and taxes. Had this information been in the returns information, I would have dealt with it.
Been trying to get my refund of £52 for nearly 3 months, but the customer service dept are now not even responding to my emails. Have reported to UK International Consumer Centre.
I am most upset, as I am not in a position to lose £50 and I returned the goods (to the letter of the instructions I received) in good faith.

Avoid this company at all cost. Bought 2 dresses -emailed to see could I return one as it was massive. Was told couldn't return but they would send a smaller size free. Completely ignoring my messages now.

Total scam. Bought some sliders I thought looked really nice so treated myself. When they turned up they were definitely not worth £30. So I complained and they gave me £30 credit. I ordered something else and it's never turned up. Disgusting

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. They sell their website as though they are a London boutique - they are not. Their items are shipped from China and from what I have seen so far on other reviews, are horrible quality - I wouldn’t know yet, as it has been over a month and I stil have not received my order.
I have tried contacting them 3 times, no response, no refund and no item delivered. I am disgusted and will be reporting them to Trading Standards as they are mis—selling who they are, where their items come from and they have no willingness to respond or support customers.

Awful company! Clothing is cheap and poorly made. Been in back and forth with them trying to get a refund, which they keep refusing and now they’re ignoring me completely. Do not use this company!

Don’t order anything from this outfit - they are not in London items come from China. The quality is disgusting and when you ask for a refund they make you ship to China at your own cost - Avoid at all costs

I thought this was a UK company. Everything comes from Asia. The outfit I bought was hugely disappointing and looked nothing like the advert. It was a trouser and top set - I wouldn’t even wear it as pyjamas. I received an email saying it would be delayed so I requested the order be cancelled. They told me it had been shipped so they couldn’t cancel - took another 10 days to arrive. Fabric is so cheap and nasty - really horrible. When I requested a return I was told I had to pay postage to Asia. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If price seems too good to be true, it generally is - lesson learned.

Do not use this website. They parade as using Royal Mail and being a London Bay site. Factories they are from China. Took weeks for my disgusting cheap see-through dress to be delivered. As soon as it arrived, I complained after how many weeks of going back to some Fords on email they agreed to refund me 30% of the cost of the dress. They said it would be with me within 14 working days. Still no sign of the money, even though that deadline has been and gone. So an Instagram advert with exactly the same dress on as they are now praising us another company. Unfortunately, I’m that a spam but hopefully it will pop up again And I can find a trust pilot for that. Do not use this company they are absolute fraudsters.

The images on social media do not reflect the rag that arrived! The worst quality I have ever seen. Random size. No labels, no composition tag!
I wish I had read reviews as would not usually be taken in!

I had a good experience with Florence Mae. They stayed in touch with me throughout the delivery process.
The shoes size that I ordered was too big and they kindly sent me another pair without additional charge.
The shoes look good and the quality seem good as well.
Please be patient because the delivery time is a little longer than what you find on other digital clothings platforms. But I believe this is healthier for the planet and more accepting for the employees who craft the shoes.
I would recommend.

The website makes it look like the clothes are coming from a London store. Dispatch time given is 1-3 days. The parcels come separately from China. Two weeks later only one of the three dresses have arrived from my order. Will not purchase again from this company!

Drop shipper from China. Absolute scam. Clothes are unwearable - flammable nylon, threads hanging off them and huge. They ask for photos proving the clothes were damaged (under UK law you have to have the right to return) and then they ignore all your messages from then on. AVOID.

Awful company. Items arrived 3 weeks late after weeks of chasing the company. Items were nothing like the website, cheap and paper thin, most looked like they were from shein, even looked like the same packaging. Emailed to get a refund 3 weeks ago and still waiting for them to get back in touch. Scam, don't order from them.

Do not order from this company. They are not a London boutique…they are a back street market in China…it took a month for my order to arrive and all I can say is that the items i received were an absolute joke. The sandals are made of plastic…I paid £55 down from £110….and as for the two dresses…diabolical…the fabric feels like plastic shopping bags…sadly I didn’t read these reviews first. The strange thing is the customer service keeps you informed and sound really professional…and I think they really believe they are selling quality… I’m not quite sure what they are on. Then I find out that you can’t return your items if they don’t fit, or if you don’t like them or if you just think the quality is bad🤣🤣🤣🤣 if I knew these items were coming from China I would never have ordered From them.they lure you in with the whole London store are closing their doors act!
