Total SCAM company - Don't go near with a barge pole.
Our order for 2 Premium LINEN Shirts took 2 weeks to arrive. Upon opening it was immediately apparent there is no 'Linen' and the shirts aren't 'Premium' either. Just stuffed into a plastic bag - not even folded. Awful, shiny cheap material, with poor stitching - you wouldn't even use them for rags to do the dusting with.
If that wasn't bad enough just try getting a refund. Stalling, AI generated emails sent repeatedly asking for photos, videos etc. They have now offered a '50% refund and 100% store credit' - why would I want to select anything else from them?! Oh...and you need to send it recorded delivery, not to "London" but to "Olivia" in China - and should it get "lost" then we won't get a refund.
Despicable service and one for Martin Lewis to look at.

Like the other reviews on here, absolutely dreadful. I waited a month with lots of emails in between telling me the dress was on its way. On arrival, the dress is cheap material. I tried to request a return procedure only to be continually stalled, asking for reasons, then photos etc. They have no intention of giving a refund. I wish I read these before purchasing. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Should be reported to trading standards. Massively misleading website and a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I was lead to believe from their website that this was a London based company using British shipping therefor I’d expect orders to arrive within a week.
I have been waiting ages for my item and the item is coming from China so is clearly not all it appears on their website. Overpriced, super long shipping, misleading branding/quality.

Took ages for £35 dress to arrive - turned up very creased. Cheap. Huge. Asked for refund and offered store credit - then radio silence. Never purchase from here

On the face it, the website looks professional and the products look great but I am afraid that is were is stops. I ordered a blouse which took two weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived the item was in a plain grey mailing sack, no company branding in sight and no delivery note or paperwork. The blouse was in a plain clear plastic bag with a zip which immediately seemed odd. The blouse itself is not what I thought I was ordering. It is a thin, flimsy polyester and certainly not the high quality materials claimed on the product description. To conclude, I believe that this item has come out of a factory in the far east (probably China) hence the poor quality and shipment time. I might add that in between my ordering and receiving the product I received several emails saying the item was delayed, or on it way then held up - all totally mixed messages - all trying to hide the fact that it was being shipped from a far away shore. My advice, don't buy from this website - its not worth your money.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Product and Poor Quality

I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. While the customer service was polite, the product description was completely misleading. I ordered what was advertised as a high-quality pair of leather and suede shoes—originally priced at £200, marked down to £50, and apparently the last pair available in London.

After a frustrating three-week wait, the shoes finally arrived, and the disappointment was immediate. They came without a box, were badly creased, and the quality was shockingly poor—nowhere near what was promised. Frankly, they looked cheap and tacky, not even worth 99p, let alone the inflated original price.

This experience has left me feeling completely misled and extremely frustrated. I'm currently trying to get a refund, though I’m not optimistic. It’s appalling how such practices continue, and I feel utterly let down.

I have ordered a dress from them, it took more than one month to arrive! when it finally arrived, omg!! what an awful dress , the material is none to what it is advertised as! it looks like a sleeping bag! absolutely disgust! I am trying to send this back, of course you have to send this to their warehouse in China!!! when I reached out to ask for a postage address to send this back, after probably 5 exchanges was I given a return address! they are trying everything they can for you not to return your product! mg advice, steer away!

Do not buy from here! They are just selling cheap knocks offs from overseas! The products are nothing like the images, they are made terribly, ridiculous sizing differences, nothing like the images and descriptions on the site and took 3 weeks to arrive with no tracking or courier info. Appalling!!!

They go above and beyond to try and fulfil all your needs. The dress does come up large(so maybe order down a size) but is lovey

I would give 0 to these scam artists If I could!!
DO NOT BUY from this untrustworthy bunch. Their customer service is great at answering only to tell you that you can’t return your goods! On their site it states you have 30 days to return but you are told you can’t return anything!!
Products took 3 weeks to arrive, missing the function I’d bought them for, coming from overseas and NOT from London as I thought. Goods have no labels and are of poor quality.
Is there anyone out there who wants to take this company out? I am not letting this drop.

Absolutely appalling company avoid at all costs. Fake advertising that is absolutely nothing like the items sent out and they make it impossible to return any items received. Please steer clear and save your money.

I wish I had read these reviews - I never write reviews but given my experience I need to warn people to NOT use this company. They have wasted so much of my time and I still can’t progress a refund on an item I want to return. AVOID.

This company is a scam. The reviews presented on here must be fake. This company advertises as a UK based website with the website address ending in co.uk. It misleads the customer and they even offer free shipping. They also have LONDON in their company name which again misleads the customer.
I bought a dress and got in 3 weeks later which made me question that it was a scam. Received it and I could see that it had been made in some factory in China. The quality was appalling. There return policy then specifies the customer has to pay for shipping and there is the catch. To return the item to China it would cost £72. More than what I paid for the dress. I am disgusted. Don't fall for the trap like I did. I have ended up losing the total cost of the dress.

I ordered the wrong size shoe and the email address was wrong the level of service was excellent nothing was too much trouble

Good customer service initially, but I’m still waiting for my dress to arrive.
Looks like they are based in China so probably going to take ages. Now won’t have my dress to wear for the event as planned, and hoping it will actually turn up.
Good point was I realised after placing my order the previous day that I had selected the wrong colour dress on payment. I emailed to ask if I could swap it before it was dispatched, I then received a prompt reply with the order having been updated without any issues. Just hope it does finally arrive but not looking hopeful, tracking is useless and not updated. Still not arrived 28.5

Please don't buy from this company. It took 3 weeks for delivery and the shoes didn't match the description. No stitches as per picture, everything is glued. Not size, brand or anything printed on the poor quality materials, not even sure it’s real leather and suede, most likely badly made in China. It’s a shame, it looked very pretty in the picture.

I received a polo shirt from F & M which was a size too small. Their customer service has been extremely responsive in replying back to me the following day by email. They have resolved my problem promptly with no hassle or delay.

Twice now I have been sent incorrect items. Some points to note:
1. The fabric are very synthetic. Not a blend as described.
2. I have been sent wrong coloured items.
3. The style are NOT as imaged in the online catalogues.
4. The sizing in not accurate.
I now can not get a reply from the email I was communicating through.

Please avoid. Complete scam. Website is identical to one named Odyssey Bristol, now shutting down. Same pictures, same write up, same scam. Money is taken and the item delivered is a cheap rubbish version of what you ordered. No contact number and the refund policy requires items to be sent back to China. Buyer beware. For a London based company to write a reply in I believe German says it all.
