I made an error when booking but this was resolved no questions asked.

Name change needed - no problem :)
Due to one of our party not travelling any longer, a name change is needed on one of our tickets. After explaining the situation, Jennie advised us it would not be a problem and to get in touch when we have the details. Great customer service.

Got in touch with floridatix as we needed theme park tickets asap . Booked the holiday last-minute so everything was a rush . Penny was our port of call and she was fantastic. Sorted the tickets immediately and then explained all about linking them to your disney and universal apps and all sorts of helpful advice . Penny gave us her email incase we had any questions as she explained that the staff at floridatix had been there multiple times. Great service , great price and left very pleased. If we are lucky enough to go again then Penny at floridatix will e our first choice
