Floridian Expert 4D massage chair is by far the BEST 4D massage chair model I have ever experienced. Great customer service and fast delivery process. I would recommend Floridian Brand to everyone!

Great service! Everyone in the family enjoy the massage chair!

Both massage chair and the service are amazing!

We had a great experience with them from showroom at the Sweet Corn Festival and Outdoor show to delivery. Everyone was really great . the delivery went smooth , they took great care getting the chair in the house and assembled. I was very pleased and we love our new chair. Highly recommend

I purchased my chair from another company. It was out of warranty and the company was not able to service it right away. My body was in pain. I was put into contact with Robert by a former employee. He responded patiently to all of my tex, pictures, and videos. Trying to figure out what was wrong. This was not even his chair. He only wanted to help me, because I was in pain. To resolve a problem that wasn’t even his. What a blessing he has been. My chair is fixed now and I’m out of pain. I can assure you if you purchase a chair from Robert he will be there for any service you may need. What an upstanding man of God.

Great service from Robert and his crew. Will always recommend and will be a repeat customer. Very happy with my purchase.

Good variety of Chairs, very friendly and helpful customer service.

Exceeded expectations...
Super happy with Massage Chair Showroom in DeLand who took great care to make sure which Floridian Massage Chair was right for us.... Now we are going back to the DeLand store to pick out our Far Inferred Sauna... can't wait.

Stellar chairs, service and quality! Found Floridian Brand at a Cultural Show. Got a great deal and delivery within few days after. They have great 0% payment plan options and Robert was exceptional in communicating my questions from A fo Z. Plus he speaks mandarin Chinese so that helped a lot! I'd highly recommend!!

Best massage chair and quality service. We loved our new Floridian Galaxy 4D massage chair!!!

This 4D massage is amazing. I am a very short person, most of massage chairs I tried, they always massage on top of my head, lol. This is the only one, so far that can find my neck and pressure point. I have been using it everyday since. I have to mention their customer service as well, Robert is so nice and kind!!!! They also deliver the chair and assemble it! The best and easiest purchase I have made so far. Thank you Robert and your team!

Wasn't sure that I wanted to spend that kind of money on a massage chair, but Robert from Floridian brand was the only company to bring three chairs to my home in a truck for me to try out. Robert had patience and knowledge and was very professional when he came to my home. After trying all three chairs, I decided to buy the 4D because I play a lot of sports and I'm very active. I work out everyday. I'm 66 years old and though I've only had the chair 3 weeks my body recovers much quicker after doing two sessions a night in my chair. It was well worth the extra money for me. The other companies I spoke with told me I have to come to their showroom if I wanted to try their chair. Again, Robert was very professional and part of the reason I purchased this chair.

I waited a little over 6 months to write this review after trying and testing the different features the massage chair has. It’s definitely worth the price!! I had top brand massage chairs in the past and none compares to this one in terms of strength and the different features it has. I doubt it at first to buy it due to the brand and the price, but here I am loving it!!

AWESOME massage chair and SPLENDID SERVICE in addition to the touch of kind, respectful and attentive personnel. I am grateful that I could have found such a useful device accompanied by wonderful people behind with customer's benefits as their priority

Floridian Expert 4D massage chair is the BEST massage chair I've ever experienced,Sales team is professional and knowledgeable.highly recommend !

Robert is very knowledgeable of the product and it’s beneficial features which was explained and demonstrated to me in detail and to my comprehension. Robert and his colleague were very respectful, polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this product I’m enjoying now and Robert and his colleagues who assembled the chair with white gloves manner.
Sincerely,
