I THINK THAT THEY MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN TO PLACE MY ORDER BECAUSE WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER IT INCLUDED TWO PAIRS OF SHOES INSTEAD OF ONE PAIR OF MISMATCHED SHOES

You're quick delivery was appreciated however the shoes are not a $100 plus pair of shoes they're very uncomfortable hard souls poor quality & just basically look like something I could have gotten at Walmart or even the old Kmart store I will be returning them.
I do still have one pair yet to be delivered
that were ordered at the same time but I understand are coming from a different vendor I hope they are better looking and better quality for the money, if not they will also be returned.

Shoes were great, fast and safe shipping. I had to return due to my awkward feet, still waiting on refund, UPS confirmed the return several days ago. I really like the service and the ease of returning, just waiting on the refund.

The product fell apart within 20 days. Absolute garbage. Will be seeking a full refund..
Followup, I will give Flowfeet credit. They warranteed the shoes. I have been shipped a new pair free. Hopefully, it was just a oddity, I am wearing the new ones now. So far so good.

The website was easy to use. I ordered the slippers because I had previously purchased a pair that I really liked from a podiatrist. I have flat feet and the arches in the slippers really help my feet.

The boots were exactly what I needed. I had to put insert orthotics in the bottom, which matched perfectly so I can walk better.

Outstanding Customer Service and Comfort
I reached out with questions via email and the customer service team was very helpful. They really know their products and guided me to the perfect pair for my bad feet. The shoes are supportive so no more foot pain. I received them quickly!

My shoes came after almost a month with a postage due of $37.00. Customer service's solution was that I should have read the fine print.

Ordered 2 pairs of slippers, one me and one for my father who has arthritic feet & was coming into town for the holidays. I sent the pair back that Dad didn't like. The "automated "get a return label" from my purchase confirmation email did not work so I had to try several times to reach them in order to generate the return label. It has been 12 days since they received them and no hint of my $125! refund. Even called them after 5 days and they assured me they would start working on a refund. I ended up sending mine back as I had used THEIR on-line shoe size calculator and found the hard way that it is grossly inaccurate. After measuring my foot, while standing, a mere 1/2" change in length bumped the recommended size up 3 sizes. The size they had me order were too tight with ends of my bare foot toes rubbing the inside. Again, I couldn't generate an automatic refund from the purchase confirmation email, requiring 3 attempts to call. Of course, they will be charging me for a restocking fee for what is essentially their own size calculator mistake. Never again will I buy from this company despite repeatedly getting inundated with marketing emails that I had already opted out of receiving... TWICE.

Great experience with FlowFeet! The shoes fit perfectly and really helped with my knee pain. Delivery was quick and the whole process was simple. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort shoes that actually make a difference.

I have been on the search for shoes that not only support my heel, but my lower back as well. Guess what! These are the solution! I got to finally hike the,"Stairway to Heaven" and I couldn't have done it without these shoes. Walking on sunshine, baby!

I paid extra for 2 day shipping and a week later...no updates at all. They charged my credit card but haven't shipped anything. I emailed them and have not gotten a response. I will have to file a fraud case against them.

I wanted to say thank you to Alex for all the help the other day. I had a few questions and Alex was able to provide the information I was looking for. With that said, I ended up placing my order and it was delivered within a few days. The staff was great and very knowledgeable and I highly recommend Flow Feet to anyone. Thank you for all your help!
