We had an absolutely amazing holiday in Majorca , all thanks to Kseniya Tkalich. From the very beginning, she took care of every single detail, from booking the perfect seaside hotel to organizing seamless transfers. The communication was excellent, and she tailored everything to our preferences. It was completely stress-free, and we could just relax and enjoy the sea. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. The hotel was fantastic and everything went exactly as planned. We will definitely book with you again!

I spent 7 wonderful nights at H10 Tindaya in Fuerteventura, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The organisation was smooth, the support was attentive and professional, and Nadiia was always helpful and responsive.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent with a great variety, the weather was beautiful, and the ocean was warm and clean. I really enjoyed every day of my stay.

Thanks to Fly&Joy, our holiday in Tenerife was simply unforgettable!
The island won us over with its warm ocean, lovely weather, incredible mountain scenery and a special atmosphere that made us want to simply savour every moment.
We really loved the «Iberostar Waves
Bouganville Playa» was a real favourite of ours. It’s clean, cosy and very beautiful; everything has been done with love and good taste. All the staff were friendly, attentive and did everything they could to make our holiday as comfortable as possible.
The food was delicious, varied and of high quality. Every day we wanted to try something new.

It was an unforgettable vacation at Zeus Hotels Ydoria Resort
Adelianos Kampos, Rethymno, Crete/Greece. The staff greeted us warmly and everything was incredibly wonderful during our stay. Another big plus was that there were three adult pools and one of the pools had water slides, which was very suitable for our son🙂🙂🙂. Our tour operator was in touch with us from the beginning to the end of the holidays. If I were asked if I would choose Fly&Joy travel agency again, I would answer YES without hesitation!

Tenerife is now our new love ❤️ We managed to see Mount Teide, visit the historic town of Garachico, and also went to Siam Park — it was absolutely WOOOW 🫣😂 The emotions and adrenaline were incredible!

We went for a ride along the promenade on electric scooters, visited several different beaches, and simply enjoyed the atmosphere of the island 😍

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! There were different swimming pools, including heated ones — exactly what I love 😂

And the all-inclusive was honestly amazing: everything was delicious, the cocktails were incredible, and they looked so Instagram-worthy too 😅☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Calimera Serra Palace. We travelled as a family: my husband, our 6-year-old child, my husband’s parents, and me.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The water slides, the beach, and the delicious, varied food were all excellent.

The only small downside was that the room didn’t include shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, or toothbrushes. However, considering the price of the hotel, this was a very minor issue.

In terms of value for money, I would definitely rate this hotel 10/10.

We had another fantastic holiday organised by Maria at Fly&Joy, and once again everything was perfect from start to finish.

This wasn't our first holiday booked with Maria, and every experience has been excellent. She really takes the time to understand what we're looking for and always finds great options. This time she recommended the Occidental Jandía Mar in Playa de Jandía, Fuerteventura, and it was exactly what we wanted. The hotel had plenty to keep our three-year-old daughter entertained, making it a wonderful family holiday.

Maria also managed to get us an amazing deal. We made a small change to our travel dates, and she found an option that gave us two extra days for an even better price. One thing we especially appreciated was that she chose flights at ideal times, so our daughter was able to nap on both journeys. The flights were smooth, and everyone arrived feeling rested, which made such a difference when travelling with a young child.

I had many requirements and conditions for the tour and all of them were met at reasonable prices. This year I wanted to spend time with my family at the same country and the same hotel. Thank you for choosing a good hotel, everything was cozy, the food was varied and very tasty, champagne was served for breakfast 🍾, the sea is clean, there is a beautiful embankment nearby, where you can take a walk in the evening. My daughter and I really liked it 😊
