Sam at Focus 360 and Jessica our assigned assessor did a great job at providing us with sap calculations so quickly for our extension project as work had already begun and the information and report was required by building control for us to continue.

Very quick to call back when you make an online enquiry (within minutes on a bank holiday!) Very helpful and friendly at that point. Once they have your money they complete the report on time as agreed but if you have any further queries about your report (which is likely as they are very technical), you don’t get a response. I chased up my query and am still waiting. In the meantime I’ve found the answer elsewhere! Not the cheapest either so you’d expect good customer service both before and after taking your money!

Not sure this was worth the money. When you do all the work and the ‘professional does not even ask the right questions. With the correct software anyone could do this.

I had one of the best experiences dealing with Focus 360 Energy. I needed SAP calculations for building control and they were prepared by roughly 24 hours. Beyond amazing service and good dialogue prior to engaging them. Without doubt a huge 5 star.

Focus 360 Energy were responsive and returned the SAP calculations/ compliance report for our unusual straw bale project quickly and efficiently. It was good to be able to speak to the assessor and their email responses arrived to promised timescales.

They did exactly what they said they would on the date they said. When I had a query if no one was available the call back was very quick and they were very helpful. My only frustration was the software being used to communicate as this is not of the same quality as the people who were really excellent. I'd trust them to do it again and recommend them.
