I ordered a pack of "3 Carbon Pure Water Filters for Instant Boiling Water Taps" with no delivery charge - so they would arrive in about 3 days. Unfortunately, I then realised that I would not be at home for the delivery!
So I called up and spoke to a very helpful support man at Fohen and he immediately arranged for the delivery to be changed to the next day - at no additional charge.
Amazing service!

The new management recognised and rectified previous owners delivery errors.

I bought this tap last December it worked until the beginning of February and Fohens have ignored me totally since with the exception of preforming spurious tests which have proven to be futile in getting this tap working. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY….

We have had our beautiful brass fohen hot water tap for three years now, and it is honestly one of the best things in our in our house. We use it for tea, coffee, pasta etc. and it’s brilliant.
In this time, fohen have happily sorted out any technical issues, such as replacement washers. Customer service is very responsive.
I can’t imagine going back to a normal tap now.

Fast response and very helpful

Ismail was very helpful & replied instantly over email, and also called to give instructions for a replacement of a part damaged by pet when I asked. The whole thing was resolved within a couple of days.

The tap itself works great and have had no issues with it for 1+ years until this damage. The damage itself wasn’t caused by Fohen but still when I contacted them they promptly provided a replacement for free by post for the damaged part which was great.

This company used to have the worst customer service I have ever seen, and it took such a long time to get our correct tap from them when we ordered it and literally hours on the phone trying to get it sorted (this happened over a year ago) which is why it’s still just a 4* review overall. But recent experience has been positive and they seem to have completely turned things around under new ownership so now I would recommend them.

Fohen is under new management- happy to report they are super helpful, called me back quickly and sold me spares for my tap rather than me needling a whole new unit. Very happy they are back providing a great service.

Since the new management took over at Fohen, the place has improved considerably. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the customer service is 10/10. If you haven’t been lately, definitely worth a visit.
