Company is very easy to communicate with and there products are awesome quality material and comfort and also nice looking.love my hoodies and my kids do too!

The description were good. I didn’t understand why men’s and women’s sweatshirts were separated if the fit was unisex

i haven't recieved the item yet and i've been asked twice to tell about my experience, i have no emails with updates on shipping or verification of order... i am nervous that I won't get my stuff

I never even got a confirmation that the order was made. As far as I know, it's not. what about tracking? When do I expect this?

I can't get an answer to my questions regarding where my order is. Order placed on 10/12 and here we are 8 days later and all they can tell me is it's on the way.

delivery was 15 days in transit with conflicting information, one communication says order complete, the other states still in transit . I'm just glad it made it.

I had made an order on Oct 16 my card has been charged for $288. Since then I have not received any confirmation email or tracking number.

3 weeks to get my product? I don't understand why when the site said 5 days. So haven't even received my order. It's supposed to arrive on the 24th when it was confirmed on the 6th. Why even pay the extra money for early confirmation?

I ordered an xl hoodie. Way to big. Sent back for an exchange. Its been 1 month since the original purchase and still no hoodie.

I like what the company is trying to do, but I still had to cut spending and cancel my subscription. They helped me do that and I appreciate that help and customer service.
