The Folsom Bike service staff and mechanics are great. I took my two road bikes to the El Dorado store. One for a major tuneup and the other for pretty much a complete rebuild. Both bikes are now equipped with 2015 Campy Chorus components. Both bikes ride flawlessly and are very quiet on the road. Absolutely perfect shifting and braking. They know how to work with Campy components.

I bought my Giant bike at Folsom Bike and could not be happier with it. Great knowledgeable sales staff, and after a couple thousands miles I had them do a turn up on the bike and they dialed everything in perfectly. I am giving them 4 stars instead of five because they do not stock all the parts for my bike. They are the main shimano 105 parts, so I was a bit disappointed with that. Overall I would recommend them as they have been great to work with since my purchase or the bike last year.I averaged about 70 miles of riding a week year round.

Took bike in with clunks, sqeell ( that's what happens when u use a bike! 😊And brought it home quiet, smooth and ready to go next 1000 miles. Thank u once again Folsom Bike👍

This is my go to place for all of my cycling related purchases. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and all around great place to stage pre ride and hang out post ride.

Staff was very helpful and went beyond just the sale to ensure I had the correct information to register my product.

The staff are not friendly. They don’t ask if I needed help. They seem to ignore me.

Excellent staff. I have spent nearly $1000 in clothing and accessories in the last 6 months and I feel like it was effortless. It's like going to Nordstrom's. Always high end stuff...no junk. I do wish they could expand on the clothing a bit particularly on the Castelli line in XXXL sizes. If they did I would likely buy more clothes. 5 Stars all the way

Very friendly and extremely helpful. They all went out of their way to take the time and patience to help me find what I needed. They made me feel like an instant friend and part of their family. I was extremely impressed. It didn’t hurt that everyone was overwhelmingly competent.

Bought a cool Raleigh trike for myself. Ride it everyday. Turns on a dime. Shifts beautifully uphill and down.

I recently upgraded my gear sets for both my road and mtn bikes. I received extraordinary service, recommendations and follow through from the service department and would like to compliment Matt, Sam and Patrick for their excellent customer service with a special thanks to Matt, whose knowledge and expertise regarding Campy components made
the difference in a successful transition to my compact gearing. Also, for my mtn bike Sam and Matt were technical specialist in selecting the appropriate chain ring and cassette match
up through their gear inches calibrations to ensure my new 1 by 11 gear set closely mirrored my old double chain rings/cassette performance with a nod to enhanced climbing capabilities. I would highly recommend Folsom Bike.
