I live in salem, Oregon and have a favorite bike shop I have supported for many years. Walking into Folsom Bike was like bring home. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. Very knowledgeable staff that recommended local rides of interest.

Great service dept (I also bought my bike here). My brakes went out on the bike trail after some rubbing. They got my bike right in and fixed her up for pick up the next day! Awesome crew!

We recently purchased two mountain bikes from Folsom Bike and could not have been happier with all the help we received. Delaney treated us like we were his only priority even though we were unsure if we were purchasing at that time. He was able answer all our questions (and we had a lot) and seemed to not only be extremely knowledgeable but also has a real love of the sport. The atmosphere of the shop is friendly and comfortable for all levels of riders. Folsom Bike is our ‘go to’ place for all things cycling!!! Our son Skyler is looking forward to joining their jr. mountain bikers in the fall.

Paid an arm and a leg for simple bolt....

Folsom Bike calls "competitive" for charging close to $20 for the same part others are selling for less than $5.
So, who is competitive here and who is unreasonably overpriced?

I had a very good experience with Sam and Tom the Service guys. They know everything there is about higher end bikes and custom builds.

Took my bike in for cable adjustments and the service manager said it would be ready in a week. When I called 6 days later, the head mechanic said that there was nothing on the ticket about a due date. I stated I was going on a long ride in 2 days and needed my bike. The head mechanic said he would see what he could do and would call me the next day around 5 pm if he was able to squeeze it in and have it ready for pickup. He was true to his word and got it done.

I brought in my antique 10 speed after 15 years of neglect. The technicians made it look and work better than new. I am very happy with the work performed!
