It was convenient doing it online instead of having to travel hours to attend as I live in rural Hawkes Bay.
The workbook was easy to read and understand, as was the lecturer.
I found that the marking of the test was confusing.

Franck is an amazing teacher and the course is extremely informative and thorough for only a week long course. I learnt a lot of practical and theoretical knowledge about cocktails, alcohol, and the bartending industry. As well as learning, I had a fantastic and enjoyable time. The classes are both educational and extremely fun. I fully recommend taking this course.

The instructor was friendly, clear and very supportive during the sessions. There was a good balance of theory and practical. Lots of practical which was great as I got to practice making the different coffees. I enjoyed the course more than I expected and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The NZSFW offered a great course - I needed to get a qualification module completed and found they offered suitable class times and a good overview of the programme. I was able to sign up the day before and attend an online class the next day. I highly recommend Celia’s style and delivery of the course content. She brought it to life! Oliver provided great support in answering all pre programme related questions. The assessment framework was well communicated and easy for me to follow and understand.
