If I could I would put 0 stars. Ordered in the afternoon for evening delivery, food was 1 hour late, cold and spilled also missing few things. Spoke with foodhub customer service, they offered 3 pounds refund! Told me to speak with take away provider. I ordered from foodhub so I expect them to resolve. Never again! Avoid!

Already over an hour since my order and nearly 20 minutes since I called the takeaway to enquire where my order is - given an excuse of weather conditions but when looked on here and now website should be a 7 minute journey
FOODHUB IS A FARSE AND THEY ARE BULLIES TO THEIR EMPLOYEES, WRONGFULLY TERMINATED EMPLOYEE: ACCUSED OF CALL AVOIDANCE WHEN PHONES DIDNT RING, AND ACCUSED OF MAKING PERSONAL CALLS, ALL WHILE BEING COMPLETELY LEFT ALONE AT NIGHT IN A ORLANDO OFFICE THE USA FOODHUB BUSINESS FAILED DUE TO INCOMPETENCE AND THEY BLAMED THE EMPLOYEES THEY ARE BULLIES AND CHEATERS AS WELL AS LIARS
Can't give 0 unfortunately. I paid on-line for an order from a fish and chip shop to collect later. Shop did not exist and when I phoned the number given it was a Pizza House. Tried to contact Foodhub - they were unavailable!!!
Couldn’t provide 0 stars. Absolute shambles. Ordered food and was advised 45 minute delivery time. Rang at 1h to be told food is still cooking but waiting for driver?? Rang again 1h 20 into order to be told food will be with myself within minutes. 1hr 45m into order and I call for a refund and to cancel order. Get told they can’t do that and that there’s no one that can sort it. I asked for a manager and was told I’d get a call back. Knowing where this call was going I advised for drivers numbers who had the food now apparently on the way. Driver didn’t answer.. but a car eventually started to loom around the estate, flagged em down on the road not evening at my house.. and they provided the food. At this point I advised that it was a p*** take and I obvisously wasn’t happy. The response was I’ll get discount next time if the food is cold. I had no options other than take the food just under 2hrs from ordering because they obvs wasn’t prepared to give me my money back. So don’t order from this company. No customer service, no management staff to actually help. Scam scam scam. Avoid unless you like being messed about!
Ordered takeaway twice both times got cancelled and now have to wait 3 to 5 days for refund so never using food hub again been working 12 hours and now can't have anything to eat
Wasn't an option to give it zero stars unfortunately. This company are a scam. They took £6 from my bank when I hadn't even authorised payment, the screen to input card details did not come up so I'm at a loss at to how this £ left my account during me placing an order. I didn't even have to input the 3 digit security code. After this happened I rang the restaurant I'd ordered from and asked how I pay, they told me it had been paid for. They also told me it was ordered as a collection rather than a delivery. I asked them to cancel and they said they couldn't as they didn't have the option to do that. I then contacted foodhub via livechat to ask them to cancel and they told me to ring the restaurant direct! I was passed back and forth multiple times. Well I never got a refund despite raisining a complaint through resolver. Awful company!

Please don't order via Food Hub, shocking. No orders placed but money taken or money taken twice. Customer service atrocious haven't got a clue, always have to chase refund and if you call to chase your order guess what... It's on the way. But never turns up...
Very frustrating and may be slightly cheaper but not worth the hassle. Be careful....

My food order was cancelled, was told a refund would be given e with 3-5 working days. Its been 9 days now and there customer service is horrendous and basically non existant.
Shocking company to do business with. Chasing us constantly (multiple times per day) to progress onboarding.
Expect us to market on their behalf - flyer with their app/logo - put signs up.
Tried to take control of our GMB when I insistently said no.
Cancellation is close to impossible.

I highly recommend food hub. I ordered using food hub for the first time today. I regretted it after when i looked at the reviews, they were bad! But I needn't have worried, the food arrived really quickly, was hot and delicious! The delivery driver was friendly, so all in all a great experience!
Indian telemarketer with a nsw phone number has called me 6 time in last 15mins. When i rang them and told them to remove me from the list they hung up on me and called me again.
stay clear of this company, they are absolute cowboys. They won't stop sending me emails and text message even though I never signed up for them and have unsubscribed numerous times. I complained to them and all they said was "we will pass it on", then asked for feedback. I've never even used them, I just wanted to come on here and warn everybody to stay clear.
Had a technical issue with ordering on my local takeaway site sherylyn from technical support was outstanding, she went through several things with me on the phone and eventually solved the issue which was a bit more indepth than first thought, highly impressed ! Thank you for not forgetting me !
Dishonest business practises.
Signed up online based on advertised costs. When Rafique the advisor contacted me I was told the pricing was substantially higher - I escalated this to the floor manager William who tried to tell me this was simply "marketing" and that all businesses mislead their customers in this way.
Do you know what, even the inflated pricing is still reasonable and had FoodHub been transparent and honest rather than attempting to mislead me then I'd likely still have signed up at the higher costs. Instead they undermined my trust by misleading me, which unfortunately means I've now decided to go no further.
Honesty and transparency are sorely lacking.
