Excellent customer service experience. First box did not bloom and Foragers Galley promptly replaced it without delay. I did not have to deal with the retail store at all. I recommend this company.

I’ve purchased several grow kits from various outlets, and have had wonderful success with each one. I recently bought an Antler Reishi kit that was a dud, contacted Foragers Galley with a brief description and a clear photo, without hesitation they sent me a replacement and wanted to know where I purchased it from. Excellent product, even better customer service, 10/10 would recommend over and over.

My first order of 3 varieties of mushroom grew well and I have had two flushes from each type, so far. The box makes its own little humidity chamber and greenhouse and is quite sturdy.
The furnished plastic pieces for the "windows" on the sides of the cover are quite flimsy so I made slightly stiffer "windows" of the same shape from waste packaging materials. That is the only improvement I can imagine for a fine, and delicious, product!

Wow, the grow your own kit we got was excellent. So fun seeing it change daily and then the results were delicious. We will definitely be picking up more of these!

These mushroom kits are so much fun. I've tried other kits in the past, but I was blown away by how many times the flushed! Service was solid also. I email the owner, Jon, asking a few questions about the set up and he responded within a few minutes. Super nice and helpful dude. Can't recommend these guys enough!

We ordered two kits for our grown kids for Christmas. One kit blossomed beautifully and produced amazing, super-tasty mushrooms. The other kit didn't sprout. A few months in, I let the company know and, no questions asked, a new kits was sent by Purolator no less. Outstanding customer service, a great product, and a personal touch in all communications...no AI nonsense! We would definitely re-buy...it makes a perfect and unique gift. Both our kids really appreciated the idea.
