Clearly lots of people have had a good experience with this company, but not me. Having paid £155 for them to work on my Ford cluster, when I received the unit back from them it still did not work. The paperwork with it has no details on it as to what was done - all there is to show it had been with them was a label on the rear of the unit showing their details. I wrote several emails to them at the email address mentioned in their reply below to ask for an explanation of what was done so that I could get some background information before having another auto-electrician look into it, and to date I've received no reply. In addition to this they also told me I'd get a refund of the postage part of the cost for their service as the carrier they used (DPD) were so delayed in their service, but guess what - I heard nothing further. As always the best judge of a company is what they do when something DOESN'T go right - and in this case they've been a disgrace.

I can't reply to a reply here - I can only make addenda. I've written to the email address you mention three times over the last couple of months and they've not been returned to me as undeliverable or anything like that. If you don't monitor or are unable to receive emails to the address you give, there's not much I can do about that. There's no useful recompense you can give now - I can't wait forever and I've had the unit dealt with. I'm not someone who complains in order to demand monies further down the line - I just give an honest review commensurate with my own experience.

Read the reviews as you always do, but still sceptical I went ahead. Sent the unit as required on a tuesday, didn't receive any communication that it had been received like others have mentioned. But by Friday the unit was delivered back to me, plugged straight in an all issues solved!!

Brilliant service start to finish. Dropped of my vehicle at 10am and picked up a few hours later. Customer Service was on point. Booking in the repair was very simple. Thanks to Jon and the team for getting my Galaxy back to how it should be.

I chose this cluster repairer as the website indicated a large, professional company able to easily turn around repairs within 24 hours. With a hire car costing me £70 per day, a fast, professional company was my priority.
Not wanting to waste time and money sending my cluster if it had a burnt out circuit board, I opened the cluster and found a perfect, factory board with no visible problems or previous repairs.
I sent my cluster, and the man recieved it the following morning. One day later the man phoned me to say that the cluster had been inspected, all was fine and was being repaired, which will cure my faulty unit.
5 days later the man called me again to tell me that my cluster had been tampered with previously, and a repair had been attempted saying, "Its a mess, with plumbers solder all over the circuit board"
My reaction was that the man
must be looking at someone else's cluster or had phoned the wrong customer and I said that it can't be my cluster, because I had inspected mine and it was fine. The man then passed me over to "The engineer" who sounded exactly like the same man!
"The engineer" then changed his mind and the fault was now with the wiring loom connector pins that had been tampered with and were falling out!!
The man demanded another £24 to carry out the repair. With no choice, and a rapidly growing hire car bill. I reluctantly agreed to pay the fee just to get my cluster back asap.
2 days later I called for an update on the repair. The man had not done it yet! When I told him I was coming to collect it in person, he became very defensive and argumentative. Telling me that "That's not the way we do things" when I questioned the length of time the repair had taken, the man became very irate, telling me that "Our website clearly says we don't repair tampered units" (incorrect) and was sick of people sending him faulty clusters!!?? Surely an essential part of this man's business??
The following day I collected my cluster from the man, who works alone in one very small room, full of old instrument clusters. Not at all what the website indicates.
I will never use this man again, even if my cluster fails under his warranty.
There are plenty of other companies doing this work, so choose carefully.
